We own two caravans on the White Horse Park at Bunn Leisure in Selsey. We started off with a three bedroom (Borelli 1) in January 2012 which sleeps 8 people but found we rented it out so much we never got to use it ourselves so in October 2012 we purchased a second caravan (Borelli 2).
Borelli 1 was refurbished in March 2013 with new curtains and carpets in the lounge area and new curtains in the main bedroom, lino now replaces the carpet in the toilet and bathroom and black out blinds have also been fitted. All seating in the lounge area has been newly reupholstered. Borelli 1 also now has a veranda.
This advert is for Borelli 1 our three bedroom caravan. If we don't have availability in Borelli 1 we may have availability in Borelli 2.
The first caravan was purchased so that we could take our dogs, Boris and Ellie, on holiday with us. They thoroughly enjoy their long walks and swimming in the sea – we quite enjoy it too!
Both of our caravans are situated in a quiet location next to playing fields and are only a short walk from the main entertainment centre at the White Horse Village. You can take the courtesy bus or hop on the bunni train to move between the White Horse and West Sands resorts.
Entertainment Passes can be purchased directly from reception at White Horse and provide access to all the entertainment facilities on site, which include kids clubs, amusement arcades, indoor and outdoor pools, spa and gym facilities, fun fair, go karting and evening entertainment which includes some big name artists such as Billy Ocean, Alexander O'Neill, Ben E King, Mica Paris and various musical tribute acts. For further information on the entertainment and facilities available please feel free to browse the rest of our website, which has lots of information and direct links to the entertainment section of the Bunn Leisure website.

The West Sussex region
As a seaside town, Selsey offers everyone good beaches, clean water, wonderful seafood, excellent sea fishing opportunities and some of the best sunshine in the UK. You will notice that Selsey is a quiet place, not least because we don’t have any through traffic, everyone who is here is here because they want to be.
Chichester Harbour in Selsey is one of the few remaining undeveloped coastal areas in Southern England. Bright wide expanses and intricate creeks are at the same time a major wildlife haven and among some of Britain’s most popular boating waters. This unique area has quite rightly been designated as an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty.
Backed by the South Downs, the harbour is a series of tidal inlets, with a narrow mouth to the sea. Wind-sculptured oaks and haw-thorns line the coast. Saltmarsh and mudflats are havens for thousands of birds. More than 7,500 Brent geese overwinter on the intertidal mud-land and adjacent farmland and more than 50,000 birds reside in or visit the Harbour throughout the year.
Boats of all shapes and sizes make up the 12,500 craft that regularly use the harbour. Competitive and even international racing takes place among the 14 sailing clubs. A number of public launching sites around the harbour make it accessible for everyone.
Picturesque creekside villages encircle the shoreline, which straddles the boundary of West Sussex and Hampshire counties. These range from the vibrant village of Emsworth, to the beautifully quiet hamlet of Prinsted.
Visitors to the harbour will enjoy the miles of well-sign posted footpaths. Alternatively you can see the harbour from the water by joining one of the organised boat trips. The Conservancy arranges a year-round programme of guided walks and activities with events for all ages and abilities.
Bunn Leisure is in Selsey on the southern fringe of West Sussex. It is within easy walking distance of Selsey Village and its pubs and restaurants and the cathedral city of Chichester, dating back to Roman times, is less than ten miles away and definitely worth a visit.
If you want a day out there are a host of local attractions around Sussex and Hampshire including the picturesque market towns of Midhurst and Petworth. You could use Bunn Leisure as a base to visit the New Forest area with attractions such as the National Motor Museum at Beaulieu, Marwell Wildlife or hop on a ferry to the Isle of Wight or France is only a few hours ferry ride away, leaving from Portsmouth! .
West Sussex has been described as "retaining an aura of tranquillity and a sense of being away from the hustle and bustle of modern life". Iron Age hillforts on the South Downs are reminders of how people have relied on the chalk hills for their livelihood over the centuries and today, many visitors walk up onto the Downs to enjoy fantastic views. We were very pleased with the layout and condition of the caravan, it was very clean and comfortable . The site was very nicely laid out and everything you needed was close to you,
It is an ideal base to visit places along the south coast. We would recommend Borelli 1 for a very relaxing holiday and we will book again next year.

"Comfortable, clean, family friendly accommodation"
I stayed for the last week of the school holidays with my daughters and two young grandchildren. The caravan is in a great quiet location but with easy access to the many facilities available. As expected their was a lot of people on site, but we always found somewhere to sit in the showrooms and the swimming pool was not overcrowded. My grandchildren particularly liked all the swings and other outdoor toys, plus riding around on the train. The standard of food available in the restaurants is poor and I would recommend catering for yourself, which is easy enough to do with the big fridge/freezer and cooker - we took enough food for most days and the ability to park very near to the caravan made it easy to carry in provisions. I would recommend going to Selsey high street for afternoon tea as a treat though!

"Home from home. excellent."
The caravan was clean comfortable and spacious. Very reasonable rates with the choice to purchase club membership. The site is only a few mins away from Selsey where you can find a good range of shops and restaurants. My family and I look forward to booking again in the future. Highly recomended.

"Faultless, absolutely fabulous, will return in the future.."
Lovely, immaculate, well planned out, well equipped caravan, we were totally comfortable. Loved the veranda and we spent so much time sitting on it in camping chairs watching the wildlife. Parking directly outside was useful. White horse village was quiet and we had a fab cooked breakfast most days from JB where the staff were very welcoming.
Location was excellent, next to the playing fields, we either walked or drove down to the beach. Ideal base for visiting the area, we did Selsey and surrounding areas, Bosham, Chichester, Arundel... we would have stayed another week, it was great.
I am so glad you enjoyed your stay in our three bedroom caravan, Borelli 1. I look forward to your return visit :-)

"well equipped clean and spacious on a good complex"
stayed at F70 monday 8th april for 5 nights with friends staying at F27.
both caravans were very comfortable and spacious with all equipment you needed.
the mattresses seemed brand new, very comfortable sleep. enough heating in caravan as it was still cold. the site has plenty to do with a great pool area and entertainment complex.
there are other smaller complex's that offer a wide variety of entertainment for all.
will definately return
I am really pleased you and your friends enjoyed your stay in Borelli 1 and Borelli 2 and I look forward to welcoming you back soon :-)

"Very modern and clean, most comfortable caravan we have ever stayed in."
Owner was very pleasant and easy to deal with. We stayed in Borelli 2. The caravan is in a very peaceful location, but still within easy reach of all the varied amenities available on site. It is fully equiped for self catering, however, we either ate at one of the bars or restaurants on site, followed by the choice of evening entertainment or walked into the village where there are numerous good restaurants and pubs serving good food. The weather was dry, but extremely cold, fortunately the owner had provided additional oil filled radiators for each room to supplement the efficient gas fire in the living area. We walked for hours with our dogs along the coast and further afield. The new beach at Selsey is a tremendous improvement and the beach at West Wittering is amazing. Good relaxing spot and good for visiting surrounding area. Will most definately be booking again.
I am so pleased you enjoyed your stay in Borelli 2 and look forward to welcoming you back when the weather is a bit warmer. Hopefully, we will get some sunshine in 2013. :-)

"Couldn't ask for more..."
My wife and Ibooked to stay four nights at Borelli at White Horse Village, with two children aged 9 and 7.
We were greeted very well at reception to collect the keys to the caravan, and given directions with a site map to find it.
We were more than pleasantly surprised at both the position of the caravan and also how clean and well presented it was.
There was everything we were told there was going to be, and a good selection of utensils etc in the kitchen area. (We only used this for breakfasts, as we went to relatives in Selsey to eat, or lunched out.)
The car park area was only a sort walk to drop off our belongings, and it was nice not to have to worry about cars passing outside, allowing the children a little more freedom.
BIG plus point for us was the football pitch close by, and we spent plenty of time on there with our footie mad 7 year old.
The Caravan Park itself was fairly quite, it was early in the season, and the was weather was a tad on the chilly side, but in the caravan, it soon warmed up with the gas fire a the heaters on.
There is plenty to do around and about, and there is a good swimming pool that can be reached by courtesy bus (or Noddy Train!), and the various clubs and bars were of a decent standard.
All in all we had a good few days, and will certainly be back!
Communication with Annelie, the owner was brilliant, and she did her best to answer the few questions we had before we went.
I am so glad you enjoyed your stay in Borelli 2 and I look forward to welcoming you back shortly. Hopefully, the weather might be a bit warmer next time round. :-)

"Comfortable, spacious and homely caravan in a great location"
I stayed here with my husband for four days on a combined business and leisure trip. The caravan was clean, tidy and cleverly laid out - making the most of the space available. Also there is lots of storage space. Hot water is available at all times and the shower is spacious. There was a modern widescreen tv with great reception. The main bedroom is a good size and I feel could possibly accommodate a slightly larger double bed. We did not make use of the local entertainment on this occasion. The weather had been exceptionally wet and the ground around the caravan was soft and muddy.
I found the owner very helpful and she always replied to questions via e-mail promptly.
I would recommend others to stay at this caravan.
Overall we enjoyed our stay.
I am so glad you enjoyed your stay. I do agree with your comment reference the double bed and having a superking myself at home, is something I am looking into upgrading later in the year.

"Lovely caravan, nice and warm even in October!"
We stayed at the Borelli caravan for 4 nights over the October half-term period. We were slightly worried that we might be cold, as the weather had taken a turn. But this caravan was fantastic; the owners had thoughtfully provided electric heaters in all the bedrooms, along with a gas fire in the lounge. We were so cosy, we didn't want to go out!
The caravan is located next to a large playing field, which was great for us as we took our dog with us. There is a shop on site, and Selsey High Street is just a short walk away. The site is large, and if passes are bought all the entertainment facilities can be accessed; not just on the White Horse, but on all of the Bunn Leisure sites. The Oasis pool and spa was lovely, really warm, and the sauna and solarium were most welcome.
We hope to visit the site and this caravan again, and in sunny weather we will investigate the beach and the walks more thoroughly.
