The Turquoise Coast/Lycia region
Agriculture is the largest source of income in the economy of Fethiye as the climatic conditions are ideal in the region. In green-houses and on the farms, tomatoes are the major agricultural crop. Tourism is the second major source of income.
Seki area
The small town of Seki is situated 1 ½ hours drive from Dalaman airport. The area is surrounded by pine forests and countryside with a stunning mountain backdrop. The quaint town is a traditional Turkish town having a town square with shops, mini markets and local tavernas. There is a weekly market every Friday where local produce, clothes and sovenirs can be bought.
Seki is famous for its production of Apples and you find that the people living there use their properties mainly in the summer months to escape the heat of the coastal resorts. Seki offers the peaceful & healthy living of unspoilt Turkey with the added benefit of being within easy reach of many larger towns and attractions nearby.
The larger town of Fethiye with its many shops, supermarkets, bars & restaurants can be easily reached by taxi or the local mini-bus service. From Fethiye the resorts of Calis, Hisaronu and Oludeniz are easily accessible.
The Seki ski resort is situated just 12km from the Town and can be easily reached by car or by using the local dolmus service.

There is a local dolmus (Mini-bus service) that operates from Seki to Fethiye town every half an hour during the summer season and hourly in the winter.

How to get there
Fly to either Dalaman or Antalya airport with Flythomascook, Easyjet, Onur air, Turkish Airlines, Turkish Cyprus Airlines, XL, My Travel, Sun Express, Fly Thomson, BMI Baby and Monarch. There are many good deals to be found on the internet.

Further details indoors: The villa has a large entrance hall with a utility room and boiler off to the right. Also off the entrance hall is a downstairs shower room. The hall will take you directly into the lounge with open fireplace and leather suite and patio doors onto the terrace. The hall also leads into the dining room with arch to the kitchen and door to the terrace. The kitchen has granite worktops and patio doors out onto the poll terrace. The hall also has stairs to the first floor.
The first floor consits of 2 generously proportioned twin bedrooms with a shared family shower room. The master bedroom has a large ensuite bathroom with jacuzzi bath. Also a private balcony with views over the Seki valley.
Further details outdoors: The villa is set in private grounds of 721 sq m planted with fruit trees and flowering shrubs. There is also a BBQ on the pool terrace. To the right of the property is a large apple orchard, to the left and to the rear is open grass land.
The house looks out over a generous pool with children's splash pool. To the front of the villa is a drive way and car port.
Further details
Bookings are for minimum of one week, but dates can be flexible. At the time of booking, a non-refundable deposit of 25% of the total holiday price (including any transfers or car hire) is payable. The remaining balance is due 12 weeks before departure date.
A fully refundable security deposit of 100 GBP to cover breakages, etc., is payable on arrival in Turkey.
Payment is made by credit/debit card or bank to bank transfer in Sterling.
We advise that you have adequate holiday insurance.
