BEFORE READING ON - PLEASE NOTE CAR HIRE IS ESSENTIAL FOR THIS PROPERTY

This luxury villa is in the village of Seki just 36 miles/60 kilometres from the harbour town of Fethiye, and 7 miles from the Erendagi ski slopes. The villa is in a private location, secluded, and not overlooked. It's ideal for families who want complete privacy. The villa sits in a large plot with swimming pool, jacuzzi pool, terraces, landscaped gardens and an orchard. The large kitchen is modern and fully equipped to the highest standard. The separate dining room seats six people. The large lounge has an open fire as well as central heating and air conditioning. There is also a separate utility room for storage and laundry.

The villa is well lit, and there are stunning mountain views from every window. The Private Swimming Pool is 40 square metres, and there is also a jacuzzi pool. There is a full size brick built barbecue in the garden.

Seki is a small village, and locals make their living from growing apples. It is situated in the Tara mountains, just 1 hour drive from the port of Fethiye. Not only is this an area of outstanding natural beauty, but Seki is also a ski resort, with snow on the upper slopes from November to April.

During the summer season, locals have a tradition of migrating from the unbearably hot coastal plains, up to cooler mountain villages like Seki. Here the air is as clear and fresh, and icy spring water can be drunk straight from the tap.

The area is unspoiled because it is undiscovered by foreigners. There are no high rise buildings, clubs or discos here. Just peace, tranquility and back to nature.

The villa is a 20 minute walk from Seki village square where theres a weekly market, shops, bars and restaurants which are all typically Turkish.

The Turkish Mediterranean Coast region

The Turquoise Coast has to be the most beautiful part of Turkey. The village of seki is in this region, but in the mountains, just a short drive from the coastline and beaches. The area is renowned for its natural beauty, and is a favorite with families, walkers, nature-lovers, photographers, birdwatchers.

The area is perfect for those who want to explore, and who want a relaxing holiday. Whilst temperatures are high in the summer, they're not as oppressive as the coastal regions, and there is no pollution.

"Stunning Scenery - Real Turkey - Fabulous Villa"

We wanted to try an area of Turkey which wasn't full of tourists and over-commercialised. We couldn't have chose better. Seki is the perfect place for a peaceful, get away from it all holiday. The local people are really friendly, and the Friday market is a real treat with an abundance of locally grown fresh produce. The villa has outstanding views, and is immaculate both inside and out. The pictures don't really do it justice. The large pool terraces with outstanding views was sensational, I don't think I'll ever find anywhere to match it for pure natural beauty.
