Aray Dou Sou is situated close to the centre of the tranquille village of Seignosse Bourg,just a short walk to shops and boulangerie for fresh daily bread.A newly renovated apartment ,located on the ground floor of this grand Basco-landaise traditional villa with parking for two vehicles and a beautiful South westerly facing garden with outdoor eating facilities.Also a swimming pool with jets and massage bench and a trampoline is in the main garden and can be pre booked a day in advance for a small hourly fee.

Seignosse Bourg is a quiet and peaceful town just 4 km from the world class surf beaches and 5km from the busy and well known resort Hossegor with it's summer nightlife,bars,restaurants and chic surf boutiques. Bikes are available to use with the apartment,the famous Seignosse golf course just a 5 minute bike ride away and the beach an easy and safe ride on the shady bicycle track.

Plenty of outdoor activities on your doorstep; surfing, tennis (2 minute walk), endless bicycle tracks, walks, sailing on the picturesque lakes, horse riding, golf.
