An original oak staircase leads to the first floor: Bedroom 1: Twin bedroom. Bedroom 2: Double bedroom.  Bedroom 3: Master bedroom with king-size bed and wonderful views, also with en-suite shower room with shower cubicle, hand basin and W.C. Bathroom: With a shower over the bath, hand basin and W.C.

Goodies Farmhouse has oil fired central heating, open log fires and comprises: Lounge/dining room: Open plan with oak flooring and beams throughout, fireplace for open coal and log fires, colour TV, video, DVD and CD/hi fi. The dining area has a magnificent 16th century oak refectory table with matching chairs. Sunroom: The newly added sunroom to the rear of the lounge is a wonderful haven from where to relax and take in the glorious surroundings of the Howgills. Breakfast kitchen: With oak units and quality appliances to include electric double oven and gas hob, dishwasher, fridge and inglenook fireplace with cast iron stove. Utility room: With freezer, microwave and washing machine.

Kirkby Lonsdale is blessed with beautiful scenery and countryside views that is enough to melt the hearts of any outdoor enthusiast. A variety of walks can be found here and there are plenty of stunning views to be seen – it is a true walker's paradise. For something a little bit different, how about visiting the Devils Bridge and Ruskins view whilst putting your brain to the test by trying to solve a mystery with the Kirkby Lonsdale Treasure Trail! For those who prefer to enjoy the scenery with a set of golf clubs, Kirkby Lonsdale Golf Course is a great place to be. Other activities include pottery shops where you can have a go at creating your own masterpiece or chocoholics can visit the Enchanted Chocolate Mine! Kirkby Lonsdale also has a market on every Thursday where visitors can enjoy a range of delicious treats and quirky stalls. Kirkby Lonsdale is a lovely and beautiful area that provides the ideal base for the perfect holiday!
