Villa Banyan is a 3 bedroom bungalow style villa. It has been furnished and decorated to an extremely high standard. The Master bedroom has en-suite and then there are two further twin rooms one with direct patio access and en-suite. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you would need during your stay. The spacious through lounge leads to a very unusual dome shaped dining room which is completely edged with windows looking out over some of the finest views of the Mediterranean. The lounge leads directly out to the well matured gardens and private pool. This property has the added feature of an upstairs outside terrace which is just perfect for soaking up the sun, enjoying a lazy breakfast or just watching the sun set over the turquoise sea. Large master bedroom with twin beds, en-suite bathroom with bath and power-shower. Two further double bedrooms with twin beds, one having its own en-suite bathroom with power-shower and direct access onto its own private patio. All bedrooms have air-conditioning and more than ample wardrobe and drawer space.
We supply the finest quality bed linen and towels for your stay. The soft furnishings at this property are all high quality.

Kitchen: Large kitchen area fully equipped with new mordern appliances (built in full sized oven, halogen hob, microwave, built in dishwasher and fridge/freezer).

Living Rooms: Spacious luxurious lounge area for you and your guests to relax and unwind, The beautiful dome-shaped dining area accommodates 6 people. Lounge has TV, DVD. The lounge opens out directly onto the private garden patio.

Other: The bungalow has ample wardrobe space, garden furniture and sun beds for use all year round. As it is a bungalow it is suitable for all ages, party sizes, families or groups of friends.

Cleaning/towels/linen/maid service: We supply high quality linen and towels during your stay. Please bring your own beach towels.

The garden and BBQ area offer dining and seating for up to 6 guests for those warm Cypriot evenings for you and your guests to soak up the relaxed atmosphere and beautiful charm of Cyprus.

The Paphos region

You can explore Aphrodite’s Rock, the Tomb of the Kings, beaches, water-sports, the water-park , mini golf and enjoy the lively atmosphere of Paphos, 20 minutes drive away, with its harbour, restaurants, bars and nightclubs. Alternatively, savour the excellent food and wines in the quieter tavern's in nearby Pissouri and Kouklia with their gentle and friendly character.

The Secret Valley Resort / Ha Potami Phase B area

The villa is located near Paphos with views along the coast. It is 2 minutes drive from the nearest beach and the same distance from Secret Valley Golf club, 5 minutes from Aphrodite Hills Golf, Hotel and Leisure complex, 20 minutes from Tsada Golf club.

SECRET VALLEY, is a challenging 6,120 metre par 72 course with fabulous views. Rates CYP£21 to CYP£26 per round depending on season with discounts available, CYP£6 for club rental, CYP£14 cart rental, CYP£4 electric trolley rental. Individual lessons are available from resident PGA Professional at CYP£25 per hour of 1 or 2 people. Golf practice areas.

APHRODITE HILLS is 5 minutes drive from villas. An even more challenging 6,200 metre, Par 72 course. Peak rates; CYP£60 including shared buggy. Handicap certificate required. Excellent practise facilities and PGA professionals. Clubs CYP£20 to rent.

TSADA - 20 minutes drive from villa, set high in the hills. 6,060 metre, par 72 course. Similar rates to Secret Valley.

Golfing and a relaxing retreat - perfect Villa Banyan by Ange, Buckinghamshireon August 9, 2010
Villa Banyan is a very short drive from the airport although the villa is not on the flight path, which is great! The villa is also a short drive from the famous Aphrodite rock and very near to the golf club. The villa its self is stunning. It really does look like the pics on the website! Immaculate and has all the facilities, to include a shed full of inflatable toys! There was a wonderful welcome pack of a whole freshly cooked chicken, jam, bread, eggs, milk, wine, biscuits etc. The cupboards were stocked with tea, coffee, salt/pepper, dishwasher tablets, washing powder and gin! The dishwasher, washing machine, oven, fridge, freezer, toaster, aircon (foc), TV, DVD etc are all immaculate and easy to use. The villa has a good selection of CD’s, DVD’s and books.

The villa is not very old and the grounds are fully maintained. The pool is very clean and topped up on a regular basis. It was great having a villa all on one floor although there is a beautiful sun terrace on the roof. There are safety catches on the doors for little fingers. There is a full supply of towels, tea towels, bedding, soap, toilet rolls etc. A very comfortable villa with plenty of seating and sun loungers. The plug sockets are the same as in the UK so we know not to pack our travel plugs next time! The views are wonderful. The people in the area are very helpful and friendly. We got friendly with a taxi company and they gave us excellent rates to Pissouri and Paphos. There is also an English couple nearby that look after the villa. They are very helpful with anything you need to know or anything you need, but they are not intrusive.

The booking was easy and communication was fast and efficient. We were given lots of information and suggested places to eat which turned out to be brilliant. We were also introduced to a car hire company that provided us with a large car at a great price. The car rental company also escorted us to the villa on our arrival!
We are going to try another one of their villas next year but would be happy to return to the villa Banyan anytime. Thank to all at especially Jan :-) From Ange and family xxx
