The villa is in the Secret Valley golf complex, 80m. above see level,with gentle breeze, about 1. km from the sea,and unspoilt beaches. The area is very quiet and there is a very relaxing atmosphere.

The villa is surrounded by landscaped garden,with flowers and fruit trees. There is a lovely patio area where you can enjoy Al Fresco dining.

The Paphos District

The location is IDEAL for culture,beaches,sports,attractions,shoppings, touring and...for Sun and Relaxation. The archaeological site of Kouklia,ancient capital of Cyprus is only 2 km away, with its typical taverns,bars, the church in the main square, is the local social centre where often forklore shows and village parties take place.
The mythical 'Aphrodite Rock 'and its beach is a few minutes drive as well.

Paphos - rich in history, declared World Heritage Site by Unesco for its ancient vestiges, with an extensive Archeological Park and imporant Mosaics, The Tombs of the Kings ,etc. is today a very popular resort, with a great variety of restaurants, bars, shops,hotels, beaches, water sports ,mini cruises along the coast, with cultural events like operas, concerts etc. in the summer , is only 15/20 minutes drive.

Upstairs the master bedroom has en-suite shower with see view and a balcony on to the garden,the 2 twins/double are also with sea view/garden with a main bathroom and a spacious lobby leading downstairs.

Conditions

A 20% of the Rental Fee is generally due when booking to secure the booking, the balance to be settled 10/8 weeks prior to arrival.

A refundable deposit for damages & breakages of L300 Pound Sterling is required and will be returned 'asap', within the next week.
