The villa sleeps 6 and comprises:
Spacious luxurious lounge area for you and your guests to relax and unwind, The beautiful dome-shaped dining area accommodates 6/8 people. Lounge has satellite TV, DVD and VCR. Large kitchen area fully equipped with state-of-the art appliances (built in full sized oven, halogen hob, microwave, built in dishwasher and fridge/freezer). From the the bungalow there is access to the outside terraces, BBQ area, Large, (10 x 5 metre) swimming pool and stunning landscaped garden. The swimming pool has deep and shallow ends making it suitable for small children
Large master bedroom with king size bed, en suite bathroom with bath and power-shower, dressing area and fantastic sea views, satellite TV. Two further large double bedrooms with twin beds, one having its own en suite bathroom with power-showers and again incredible stunning sea or mountain views.
The bungalow has ample wardrobe space, luxurious garden furniture and sunbeds for use all year round. An extraordinary feature of the bungalow is that being split level it is extremely suitable for all ages and offers the added convenience, with its wheelchair access of being suitable for disabled or elderly guests. The garden and BBQ area offer dining and seating for up to 8 guests for those warm Cypriot evenings for you and your guests to soak up the relaxed atmosphere and beautiful charm of CYPRUS.

The villa is located near Paphos with views along the coast. It is 2 minutes drive from the nearest beach and the same distance from Secret Valley Golf club, 5 minutes from Aphrodite Hills Golf, Hotel and Leisure complex, 20 minutes from Tsada Golf club:
SECRET VALLEY, is a challenging 6,120 metre par 72 course with fabulous views. Rates CYP£21 to CYP£26 per round depending on season with discounts available, CYP£6 for club rental, CYP£14 cart rental, CYP£4 electric trolley rental. Individual lessons are available from resident PGA Professional at CYP£25 per hour of 1 or 2 people. Golf practice areas.
APHRODITE HILLS is 5 minutes drive from villas. An even more challenging 6,200 metre, Par 72 course. Peak rates; CYP£60 including shared buggy. Handicap certificate required. Excellent practice facilities and PGA professionals. Clubs CYP£20 to rent.
TSADA - 20 minutes drive from villa, set high in the hills. 6,060 metre, par 72 course. Similar rates to Secret Valley.
Secret Valley and Tsada golf courses can usually be pre-booked, subject to availability of tee-times - see WOWCyprus Golf section for more details.

Guestbook for Villa Thalia
Our time at the villa was spent lazing by the pool, eating and drinking. It had all home from home comforts and we were completely relaxed for the whole week. We really liked the outside shower, being solar heated it wasn't freezing cold! It has a great location and we had some wonderful meals in the local villages, Mandria, Kooklia and Pissouri. The villa was clean, well furnished and exceeded our expectations. The pool and garden well maintained. Outstanding views from the sun terrace! Good holiday villa, someone visited twice during our stay to make sure we had no problems and to clean the pool, car is needed, Paphos (about 15 -20 minute drive) but bars nearby at Mandria. Yes we all had a great time your villa was lovely. It was the perfect holiday the weather was great ,views were wonderfull. and was lovely at night time sat out on patio. its situated in a great place so its easy to travel to supermarkets and papaos harbour isnt far away. we enjoyed watching the planes land.we had a day out at waterpark. Helen was really helpful, particularly as we had an issue with the water supply which meant we couldn’t use the dishwasher and washing machine for a couple of days. The problem was a mains valve and Helen got right on it and her husband came over to resolve the problem and minimise the inconvenience. We had an amazing time while staying at Villa Thalia, lying by the pool, or visiting one of the many near by towns, or going into pathos for coffees on the sea front, was rounded off beautifully knowing we were going back to this villa. It is home away from home, and we can't wait to return.

A spacious, comfortable villa with 3 good bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. It is very well equipped including satellite TV (which went down well with the kids). Very welcome 'Welcome Pack' on arrival as our flight arrived late evening. Lovely pool which we used a lot (we had arranged for it to be heated during our stay as it was early in the year) and also the outside BBQ. Area was quiet and safe, suggest a car is essential as no shops or nightlife at Secret Valley. Nearby Secret Valley Golf Clubhouse very nice but not open evenings. Good location for travel to Pafos and surrounding areas and attractions. We had a very relaxing and enjoyable holiday and the weather was fantastic (much better than we were expecting for end of March/April!). Would definitely recommend the villa as a base for exploring this part of Cyprus, and we would definitely love to go back. Booked through Jan at Cyprus Villa Rentals who was very helpful and checked on us while at the villa to see that we were OK.

Villa Thalia is the ideal property to relax and unwind. We require £200 per week holding deposit to confirm the booking. The balance is due 8 weeks before departure. When you pay the balance we ask for a £200 refundable breakages deposit. This will be returned to you 1 month after you return home (as long as there is no damage to the property)
