Villa Sophia offers sea, sun and private luxury facilities in a quiet and relaxing setting catering for families, friends and couples. It is equipped with modern facilities such as satellite TV, DVD, air conditioning, large swimming pool, immaculate gardens, spectacular uninterrupted views of the sun setting on the sea and is only a few minutes drive to the golf courses of Secret Valley and Aphrodite Hills along with the leisure facilities of tennis, horse riding, restaurants, spa and kids clubs etc.,

It is an excellent place to explore the islands heritage sites, traditional villages and is only 15 minutes to ancient Paphos and its harbour which provide water sports, boat trips, Karting, water park, shopping and excellent night life.

The Paphos region

Cyorus offers all year sun and has a rich history. Paphos is a bustling coastal town and is a listed UNESCO World Heritage site. It has a picturesque harbour with tavernas, an ancient castle, amphitheatre, churches and monasteries as well as the Tombs of the Kings, Christian Catacombs and beautifully preserved mosaics. There are many blue flag beaches together with the unspoilt Lara Bay with its turtles on the Akamas Peninsula or swim around the famous Aphrodite Rock.

For a change of scene you can venture to the Troodos mountains with its traditional villages and enjoy the backstreet and cobbled alleys of Kakopetria with its frescoes and have lunch at the Old Mill. For the more adventurous there are water sports, Karting, mountain biking, rock climbing, trekking, skiing, horse riding or visit the cosmopolitan town of Limasol.

The Secret Valley Resort / Hapotami Phase C area

Villa Sophia has a panoramic view of the mountains and the sea and is not overlooked by other villas. It is situated in the hills surrounding the 18 hole Secret Valley Golf course and provides total relaxation as well as being a few minutes drive to the sea and Aphrodite Rock the legendary birth place of the Goddess of Love along with the local amenities.

Pafos and the airport are an easy drive as well as traditional Cypriot Villages for a meze and Greek dancing. The 5* world renowned Aphrodite Hills Golf and Leisure resort is also a few minutes drive away and offers a spa , a gym, kids clubs, tennis, horse riding, a good selection of international restaurants and beach club.

“Cool breeze, Cool Villa, overall a very chilled out holiday. 10/10” The Villa is only 25 mins from the airport, but we got lost and took us over an hr to find it. My wingman blamed the directions given :-) The villa is stunning (very modern) with stunning views, a real home from home. its actually on a st corner ( not overlooked very quiet) in a new estate up high on a hill ( the temp is very cool compared to the high heat found down in the towns), there were no houses built in front of it at the time we were there, but even if they did build some new villas there i doubt it would affect the villa or view at all. The VIlla is a great base for any holiday in Cyprus, it takes 2 mins to get onto the motorway( the roads in cyprus are excellent) or to just go rd the corner to large Golf complex packed with things to do. A large supermarket is only 20 min drive away in the next town. The pool and garden are lovely ( trust me you wont want to go home) The harbour is only 30 mins away on the MW and is easy to find free parking there. I have got to say I loved Cyprus and this Villa, I would recomend it to anyway and hope to be able to go back soon. I didnt make it this year............ but hopefully next :-). Trust me you wont regret picking this Villa 10/10
