It occupies a peaceful,tranquil and secure setting offering luxury, modern and spacious accommodation that is exceptionally equipped and extremley comfortable. The Paphos international airport is only 10 minute drive away and only a further 10 minute drive to the interesting and historic Paphos Town and harbour. Just 15 minutes north and you will find the picturesque village and beach of Pissouri.
In the immediate area and only a very short drive, you will find the quaint traditional village of Kouklia and Mandria, where here you will find true Cypriot hospitality. Enjoy a "meze" at the local tavern, a must for all food lovers.
The world renowned five star Aphrodite Hills golf resort can provide you with an additional 18 hole championship golf course, gourmet dinners or a pampering day at the spa.
Another short drive along the coast road you will find yourself at the legendary birthplace of the goddess Aphrodite, where you can bathe in the very place where the goddess of beauty herself was born from the foam of the breaking waves of the sea.

The Paphos District
Paphos Bird & Animal Park A magical day out, exciting and informative with the largest colection of birds and animals in Cyprus.
Tombs of the Kings Spread over a vast area, these impressive underground tombs date back to the 4th century BC. They are carved out of solid rock - some decorated with Doric pillars. High officials rather than Kings were buried here, but the magnificence of the tombs gave the locality its name. Easily found on the main Paphos to Coral Bay road

Paphos Go-Karting Centre A 1600 metre track where you can either have bambino karts, cadet karts, pro karts, super Karts, twin engine or thunder karts. It has a bridge and tunnel track. There is also a children's track, a cafe, restroom, snack bar and crazy golf.
George's Snake & reptile park Home to 100 reptiles, all native to Cyprus. 40 of the reptile residents are snakes, representing all eight species on the island. Situated towards Paphos airport in Kouklia Village.
Secret Valley Resort / Ha Potami Phase B area
The villa is conveniently tucked away in a small cul-de-sac within the prestigious Secret Valley Golf Resort. This prime residential area occupies a very fortunate elevated position with a delightful panoramic outlook over the sea. The nearest beach is 1km away from the Villa. This natural unspolit beach is perfect for walks, swimming or sun bathing. Pissouri beach is a further 10/15 mins scenic drive along the coast. Pissouri beach boasts a blue flag award and offers a long stretch of sand and clear blue water. Here you can laze on the beach, enjoy cypriot hospitality at the tavernas or for the more energetic hire a boat, jet ski, windsurf or bannana boat.
Golf There are three excellent 18 hole golf courses in the close proximity of our villa. The nearest being Secret Valley Golf Club. Just a 5 minute drive, this course offers stunning landscaped views within a lush scenic valley. It plays to a par 72 and measures 6120m. It has a driving range, chipping area and putting green and is close enough to ensure there should be no excuses not to get in some daily practice. The spacious clubhouse with its restaurant and bar facilities makes it an ideal setting to relax after a game of golf.
The Aphrodite Hills Golf Complex has a championship course just a five minute drive. This course is just 10 mins drive and is in a fantastic setting on 2 plateaus, 300m high. It plays to a Par 71 and measures 6665m. The village square as it is known is also home to a Greek and Cypriot Taverna, sports bar, Italian pizzeria and coffee shop. For ultimate head to toe pampering try the Retreat spa within the Intercontinental 5 star luxury hotel providing numerous facilities and amenities with which one would associate with such a prestigious development.
The third one, Tsada Golf Club is just 30 mins away on the road to Polis and is located in the grounds of a monastery, plays to a par 72 and measures 6060m. An interesting and demanding course as an alternative to your local courses.
Skiing The Troodos mountains offer winter sports and is less then an hours drive away. Ski in the morning and then relax in mild and often warm sunny days around the town of Paphos.
Also in very close vicinity to your holiday home you are able to explore Aphrodite’s Rock, The Tomb of the Kings, blue flag beaches with numerous water-sports. The lively and cosmopolitan atmosphere of Paphos is only a 20 minute drive away with wonderful and interesting restaurants, particularly around the brightly lit harbour. There are lively bars and nightclubs for those who wish to extend their days into the late evenings and early hours. Alternatively, savour the excellent food and wines in the quieter and sedate tavernas in the nearby villages of Pissouri and Kouklia with their gentle and friendly character.
How to get there
Several flights are available daily into Larnaca (1hr 15min away) and Paphos (10min away) - both charter and scheduled services. Booking early will normally secure a good deal. Car hire is widely available from either airport and taxi services (approx C£40 from Larnaca and C£10 from Paphos) run throughout the night. Further details indoors: The solid wood front entrance door opens into the main living area. This living room(fully air-conditioned) is bright and modern with views over the swimming pool through a wall of glass patio doors. The room is tastefully decorated and finished with brown leather sofas, coffee and side tables. It is equipped with a plasma T.V, DVD, Satellite TV, CD sound system.
A kitchen any cook could wish for. It has modern appliances including fridge/freezer, oven, hob, and a variety of high quality utensils and pans to make your cooking experience a pleasure.
The dining room is open plan (air conditioned) it comfortably seats 6 adults arpound a modern table and enjoys views over the terrace and swimming pool through glass sliding doors.
The master bedroom is large, it boasts a double bed with dressing table, side tables with their ambient night lamps warm the room. The room is of course en-suite with a shower, WC and basin. The bedroom has double glass patio doors leading to a private balcony.
The second bedroom is similarly decorated it has double glass patio doors leading to a private balcony.
The third bedroom is a twin room. Two single beds with its side table. This room shares a common large family bathroom with full bath, shower, WC and basin It also has a private balcony.
Further details outdoors: As Cyprus enjoys an abundance of all year round sunshine you will probably want to take advantage of the many sunny days and warm evenings. Therefore, one of the main aspects to consider are the spacious terraces and the lush lanscaped gardens, all carefully planted to create a stunning picture of colours that surround a cvrystal clear swimming pool and shower area. Relax in peace and tranquility and enjoy the outside lifestyle, as you simply lay back in the sun or lounge in the shade. With ample sun loungers, BBQ facilities, large smoked glass table with reclining chairs, take advantage of alfresco dining way into the long warm evenings and watch the moon set as it meets the sea in the distance.

To secure a reservation we ask for 20% deposit with the remaining balance 8 weeks prior to arrival. Any bookings made within an 8 week period will require full payment at time of booking. We will also request a security deposit of £250 which is refunded after departure.
