About the home

If you want a peaceful location with fantastic views where you can sit in the evening with a drink, dining alfresco (maybe grilling on the barbecue) enjoying the sunset followed by moonlight and stars, this is the place for you. The interior designed villa, with WIFI internet is superior to many in the area, however, it is the unobstructed 180* views enjoyed from the large garden, dining table & sun loungers that put it in a league of its own.
Villa Pegasus is situated minutes from the prime golf course of Secret Valley. It is also 5 minutes from Aphrodite Hills golf resort which homes the resort's own village square with restaurants, shops, children playground and Kid's Club, the health spa, tennis academy and golf clubhouse. If you prefer the more traditional way of life, then the village of Kouklia is very close by and show the true Cypriot hospitality at its best!! It is an ideal get away from it all location, but within a few minutes drive of the main resort of Paphos.

The villa has excellent accommodation and luxury furniture throughout.
The ground floor comprises a large open plan living room and dining room, a well equipped kitchen, utility room and downstairs cloakroom. Two sets of large patio doors lead from the living room/ kitchen out onto the veranda, swimming pool and garden.
First floor consists of 3 double bedrooms, the master bedroom with an en suite shower and toilet, and patio doors leading onto a first floor balcony which makes the most of the breathtaking views . The further two bedrooms have twin beds and a further family bathroom is also upstairs

Further details outdoors:
The garden is large and has been professionally landscaped. With this being a detached villa, the garden extends completely around the villa. The garden is well stocked with fruit trees, palm trees, native shrubs, bushes and herbs. Within the garden there is an 8m x 4m swimming pool and a patio tables with 8 chairs and 4 sunbeds around the outside of the pool. Also on the pool sun terrace, there is a shaded Cypriot style BBQ. To the front of the villa is a landscaped garden alongside a private drive, big enough for several cars and gates at the front of the villa

Shed
Within the shed there is a selection of pool toys. Guests are welcome to use any of these, but please leave them behind after your visit.

Breathtaking views of countryside and sea

The Paphos region

The coastline near Secret Valley is unspoilt and the resort setting has amazing panoramic views of the sea and hills. The surrounding area is rich in history dating back to the days of the Trojan Wars. The luxury villa is ideally situated on the prestigious Secret Valley Golf resort itself: • 10 minute drive from Paphos airport and under 2 hour drive from Larnaca Airport • 5 minute drive from Aphrodite Hills golf and Spa resort • 5 minute drive from Petra Tou Romiou - Aphrodites Rock / Venus Rock and beach with crystal clear waters. • 10 mins from Pissouri restaurants and beach • 15 mins drive from Paphos with Water Park, beaches, harbour, bars and restaurants and lively atmosphere • 35 minute drive from Limassol • 1.5 hour drive from Larnaca airport. The Troodos Mountains are also close by with magnificent forests, traditional villages and monasteries, with skiing available from January to early March.

The Secret Valley Resort / Ha Potami Phase B area

The Secret Valley Golf Course is a highly prestigious golf course located in the renowned area of "Petra tou Romiou", the legendary birthplace of Aphrodite, the Goddess of love. It is set in a scenic valley surrounded by mature trees and beautiful natural rock formations. The course is consistently appearing as the preferred course amongst the island's visiting players in terms of sheer playability and enjoyment.
Secret Valley Golf Club, is a challenging 18 holes, 6,120m par 72 course, set in a spectacular setting in a scenic valley with grand trees and beautiful sculpted rock formations all round. Rates are £29 to £38 per round depending on season . Club hire will cost just £6 and buggy hire £14. Lessons are available from the resident PGA professional. Secret Valley and Tsada golf courses can usually be pre-booked, subject to availability.
The spacious clubhouse with its restaurant and bar facilities is an excellent spot to relax after a good game of golf

Aphrodite Hills - 5 mins Drive

The Aphrodite Hills golf resort is located a 5 minutes drive away which is also home to restaurants, shops and a luxury health spa. This complex includes an academy par 3 courses for learners and has 2 resident professional instructors. The spacious and well-appointed clubhouse has a pro-shop and locker rooms, and the bar and restaurant terraces afford the most magnificent views over the coastline and out to sea. There are several restaurants and bars located at Aphrodite Hills around the Village Square, including a Greek and Cypriot Taverna, sports pub and bar, Italian pizza and pasta, coffee shop and ice cream gelateria. A visit to The Retreat at Aphrodite Hills which is located 5 min drive away is the ultimate in top-to-toe pampering for body and mind. Day passes, special group rates, pre-booked single treatments and half/full day packages are all available at The Retreat.

Thank you so much for all your support with booking Villa Pegasus.
We had a fabulous week there and everything was just perfect. The accommodation was as specified and large enough for our needs (2 'late' teenage children and 2 adults) and well equipped. It so peaceful and we loved the views. It was only 5 minutes to get to Kouklia where there were a range of very reasonably priced and very good restaurants and a couple of smaller supermarkets (Pissouri had a larger supermarket that also suited us). The location was excellent for visiting the nearby sites: Troodos Mountains, Paphos, Aphrodites Rock and several other local spots of interest. We would love to return and would certainly consider Villa Pegasus again. Very many thanks for your help and thanks again for allowing us to let it.

"Villa Pegasus is perfect for those wanting to get away from it all.
It's secluded, private and very peaceful. I went with my husband, 7 yr old son and 4 yr old daughter. They all loved it! The villa was our home from home.
It is a brand new villa, completely spotless. It had everything we needed. The air-con machines in each room are fantastic! There were lovely views from the balcony and the decor is very up to date.
We were about 20 mins from Paphos Town, so it was easy to see the places of interest. The Sanctuary of Aphrodite in nearby Kouklia is interesting. We also travelled up to the Troodos Mountains, Paphos Bird and Animal Park, Coral Bay, Limassol, Nicosia, Polis & Latchi.
I would recommend the Martelli Italian Restaurant on the Tombs of the Kings Avenue. They give great food and fantastic service. The bill was very reasonable too.
I would definitely recommend this Villa to everyone. I just wish we could have stayed for longer. Thank you very much for making it a fantastic holiday! "

- A damages deposit cheque for the weekly rate will be held (Non Banked) against damage to the property should it occur, and this is to be sent with the final payment. This will be returned/destroyed after the Client leaves the property and any damages are assessed by the Housekeeper. If damages are not replaced by the Client during their stay, this cheque will be cashed, the replacement costs deducted and the remainder returned to the Client by cheque.
