This beautiful modern detached villa is situated only ten minutes from Paphos airport in the prestigious Secret Valley Golf resort - Ideally placed for all year round golf holidays and a perfect location for a family holiday in Cyprus. It occupies a peaceful, tranquil and secure setting offering exceptionally well equipped, luxurious, comfortable and spacious accommodation. The main living area is spacious and tastefully furnished with leather sofas, coffee tables, lighting and comes complete with Satellite TV, DVD player and CD Stereo Radio. The villa provides a simple but spacious area for dining with its large table and chairs. Both these areas have patio doors leading to the terraces. The fully fitted kitchen comes complete with washing machine, cooker, microwave, toaster, kettle and large fridge freezer and provides all the necessary comforts for an enjoyable and relaxing stay. All of the 3 bedrooms are to the first floor, each with private balconies offering panoramic views along the coast and/or across the mountains. The master bedroom has a double bed and en suite shower. A further double bedroom and twin room (2 single beds) are served by a separate bathroom with shower the bath. All bedrooms have air conditioning, ceiling fans and generous built in wardrobes. One of the main features to the outside area is the lush landscaped gardens and terraces, carefully planted to create a stunning picture of colour that surround a crystal clear swimming pool with pool shower. Outdoor BBQ facilities are available with sun loungers, table and relaxing chairs. Providing the perfect setting on those warm evenings to experience the breathtaking scenery of mountains, sea and golden sunsets…

The Paphos District
The villa is tucked away in a small cul-de-sac within the prestigious Secret Valley Golf Resort. This prime residential area occupies a very fortunate elevated position with a delightful outlook. The Golf Club offers a superb Club House with Restaurant & Bar, Pro Shop, Driving Range and Putting Greens to compliment the challenging 18 hole championship course - In a spectacular setting of mature trees with beautiful sculpted rock formations all around. The front 9 holes have 4 nice warm-up holes, two birdie opportunities and an easy dog-leg. Where as the back nine are the more challenging, of the 6,120 meter Par 72 course. The 5 star Aphrodite Hills golf resort is located just 5 minutes drive away. This offers an alternate course for the golfer to play during their stay. Within resort the ‘village square’ as it is know, is also home to a Greek and Cypriot Tavern, Sports Bar, Italian pizzeria, Asian Restaurant and Coffee Shop. For ultimate head-to-toe pampering and self indulgence is the Retreat spa offering exceptional beauty and health treatments. Also in very close vicinity to your holiday home, you are able to explore Aphrodite’s Rock, the Sanctuary of Aphrodite at the ancient Palaipafos. One can enjoy the excellent food & wines in superb local tavernas in the friendly and traditional villages of Pissouri and Kouklia.
