About the home

The Villa Retreat is a beautifully furnished 3 bedroom detached villa, with private swimming pool and landscaped gardens set in the exclusive Secret Valley golf resort with panoramic sea views and countryside. 5 minutes from the Secret Valley golf club, 10 minutes from the Aphrodite Hills golf resort with restaurants, shops, spa and tennis courts and 15 minutes drive from Paphos town centre and the airport. The villa benefits from all modern appliances including air conditioning, dishwasher, washing machine, widescreen TV with English channels, DVD player, BBQ and all patio furniture. The villa is ideal for those who enjoying a relaxing break.

The lounge area has a large leather L-shaped sofa with coffee table. LCD widescreen TV with surround sound DVD player. Large modern dining room table, air conditioning. Patio doors leading out to the garden.

The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom and furnished balcony offering beautiful sea views.
All the bedrooms have twin beds that can be made up to doubles as required and have wardrobes, hair dryers, security safe, air conditioning and ceiling fans.

Main bathroom comprises of a bath with overhead shower, sink and WC.
Master en-suite includes walk in shower, sink and WC.
There is an additional WC and sink situated downstairs.

Fully fitted modern kitchen with built in hob and extractor. Fridge/freezer, washing machine, microwave, kettle, toaster, dishwasher, iron and board, fire extinguisher, smoke alarms and blanket are provided for your safety.

Cots and high chairs can also be provided with prior notice.

Spacious landscaped gardens front and rear. covered patio/dining area with dining table (seats 6). Private swimming pool and barbecue with beds and umbrellas. The swimming pool is maintained twice weekly.

The villa is situated 5 minutes drive from the championship standard Secret Valley and Aphrodite golf courses and approximately 30 minutes drive to Tsada golf course.

The villa is situated approximately 50km from the Troodos mountains where skiing can be enjoyed in the winter months and walking all year round

The nearest beach Petra tou Romiou is located near to the entrance of Secret Valley, with some of the best beaches being located in Coral Bay.

Conditions

To confirm booking, a non-refundable deposit of 25% is to be paid within 7 days and the balance to be paid 8 weeks prior to your holiday. Full payment will be required for late booking reservations within 8 weeks of your holiday departure.
A security deposit of £200 is required for breakages and damage and will be returned within 2 weeks of your departure once the villa has been checked by the management team. Thank you.

The Paphos region

Paphos is said to be one of the most beautiful parts of Cyprus. Set upon the mythical birthplace of the goddess Aphrodite (Petra Tou Romiou). On the south coast of the island, on one of the most beautiful beaches, the location where you can see Aphrodite’s Rock. Another favourite beach with tourists is Coral Bay, famed for its sandy beaches and clear waters. Close by you can find shops, supermarkets and restaurants.

Paphos enjoys low crime rate and the healthiest year round climate in the Mediterranean averaging over 340 days of sunshine. It is possible to ski the slopes of Troodos and enjoy the coastal sun in one day.

The Villa is situated with panoramic scenic views to the sea.
Local attractions include the beautiful Petra Tou Romiou, the local beach only 5 minutes away.

The small village of Kouklia offers a traditional experience of village life. The village centre is contains several restaurants, shops and tavernas.

Aphrodite Hills Spa resort situated 5 minutes away offers many facilities including:

Secret Valley championship standard golf course. 18 hole It lies in a scenic valley with grand trees adding maturity to the fairly new course. It plays to a par 71 and measures 5904 metres.

Pissouri village is a beautiful seaside village which has retained its original architecture and environment. The village itself stands on a hilltop with a sea level difference of 250 metres and for the most part is built using solid stone walls.
The village income is mainly from agriculture (vineyards) and the local vineyards set in the valley are considered to be some of the best on the island. The village has extensive forest land and is pleasant for walking and the bay is ideal for watersports.

The Villa is approximately 15 minute drive from Paphos airport, with scheduled and charter flights from the UK by British Airways, Cyprus Airways, XL, Thomsonfly, flythomas, mytravel and opodo.
At the Villa Retreat we include a free welcome pack which includes a "meet and greet" from the airport and food and drinks for your arrival.
