Downstairs: Spacious open plan lounge extending to dining area for 6/8 people then to large state of the art kitchen area fully equipped with bar, oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher and American-style fridge/freezer. Shower-room with toilet. Upstairs: Master bedroom with king size, four-poster bed, en suite bathroom, dressing area and balcony with sea views. Two further large double bedrooms with twin beds, each having their own en suite bathrooms and balconies with stunning sea or mountain views. Landing with storage cupboards with enclosed washing machine. Ample built-in wardrobe space in all rooms. Furnished and equipped to a very high standard.

The Paphos District

Alternatively, savour the excellent food and wines in the quieter tavernas in nearby Pissouri and Kouklia with their gentle and friendly character.

The villa is located near Paphos with views along the coast. They are 2 minutes drive from the nearest beach and the same distance from Secret Valley Golf club, 5 minutes from Aphrodite Hills Golf, Hotel and Leisure complex, 20 minutes from Tsada Golf club:
SECRET VALLEY, which will host a PGA Seniors event in October 2005, is a challenging 5,900-metre par 71 course with fabulous views. Peak rates; £30 per round during 16th Sep to 15th May. Clubs £8 to rent. Individual lessons are available from resident PGA Professional at £25 per hour of 1 or 2 people. Golf practice areas.
APHRODITE HILLS is 5 minutes drive from villas. An even more challenging 6,200 metre, Par 72 course. Peak rates; £60 including shared buggy. Handicap certificate required. Excellent practice facilities and PGA professionals. Clubs £20 to rent.
TSADA - 20 minutes drive from villa. Fees and facilities similar to Secret Valley. 6,000 metre, par 71 course set high is the hills.
With all of these courses playable in sunshine almost all year round, you are spoilt for choice!

The weekly rental prices below are for the villa, which sleeps a maximum of 6 people. Price includes the cost of air-conditioning, bath towels, cleaning and a welcome pack on arrival. For guests staying for two weeks or more a mid-stay clean and change of linen is also included.

From the lounge and dining area there is access to the numerous outside dining terraces, BBQ area with fridge and sink, large HEATED pool and large, landscaped garden, fruit trees.

10 x 5 metre swimming pool in use all year round as it has the heated option in the winter months. Has shallow and deep end. Villa has a safe. Reliable car hire from GBP£20 per day can be arranged to meet you on arrival at Paphos airport on request, making your Cyprus holiday completely stress-free.
