Luxury villa, 3 bed, all en suite bathrooms, large private pool with shallow & deep ends has the option of being HEATED, numerous dining areas, BBQ station with fridge & sink, air con throughout, Flatscreen TV with satellite, DVD & video. IPod docking station, Internet access.

Spacious bedrooms all with their own private bathrooms and balconies with stunning Sea or mountain views.The Master bedroom has its own private balcony which has fabulous sea views. The room has a four poster bed with luxurious soft furnishings, 32in flatscreen TV & DVD, large built in wardrobes and en-suite bath/shower room. Pure romance as this this room has everything you need for the perfect getaway! We supply luxurious Calvin Klein bathrobes for both him and her.

The twin bedrooms each have their own private balcony's and both have en-suite bath/shower rooms. Again they are furnished to a very high standard, the perfect setting to wake up to every morning of your holiday!

This villa is Furnished and equipped to a very high standard. We also supply complimentary baby High Chair and cot for the little one.

Downstairs has a very spacious open plan lounge extending to dining area for 6/8 people, large kitchen fully equipped with bar and quality appliances (built in oven, halogen hob, microwave, dishwasher and American-style fridge/freezer). There is also a Downstairs shower-room & wc for your convenience .

The Paphos District

The villa is located near Paphos with views along the coast. They are 2 minutes drive from the nearest beach and the same distance from Secret Valley Golf club, 5 minutes from Aphrodite Hills Golf, Hotel and Leisure complex, 20 minutes from Tsada Golf club:
SECRET VALLEY, which will host a PGA Seniors event in October 2005, is a challenging 5,900-metre par 71 course with fabulous views. Peak rates; £30 per round during 16th Sep to 15th May. Clubs £8 to rent. Individual lessons are available from resident PGA Professional at £25 per hour of 1 or 2 people. Golf practice areas.
APHRODITE HILLS is 5 minutes drive from villas. An even more challenging 6,200 metre, Par 72 course. Peak rates; £60 including shared buggy. Handicap certificate required. Excellent practice facilities and PGA professionals. Clubs £20 to rent.
TSADA - 20 minutes drive from villa. Fees and facilities similar to Secret Valley. 6,000 metre, par 71 course set high is the hills.
With all of these courses playable in sunshine almost all year round, you are spoilt for choice!

The weekly rental prices below are for the villa, which sleeps a maximum of 6 people. Price includes the cost of air-conditioning, bath towels, cleaning and a welcome pack on arrival. For guests staying for two weeks or more a mid-stay clean and change of linen is also included.

Reliable car hire from GBP£20 per day can be arranged to meet you on arrival at Paphos airport on request, making your Cyprus holiday completely stress-free.
