This new 4 bedroom 3 bathroom villa has many unique features and is set in an elevated position in Secret Valley overlooking the golf course, Aphrodite Hills and the Mediterranean sea.
The open-plan lounge and dining area open onto the pool patio which has loungers, table and chairs for up to 8 guests. The large private pool has shallow and deep ends making it suitable for everyone and especially families with small children. The gardens back and front have been professionally landscaped to a high standard to give the villa a beautiful setting.
The sea and mountain views from the pool area are stunning with a comfortable cool breeze coming off the sea and up the valley, especially welcome in the summer.

The Paphos District
Aphrodite Hills golf resort is a 5 min drive with a supermarket, cashpoint, cafe and restaurants and an award winning spa. Kouklia village is a 5 min drive with a supermarket and local tavernas. Paphos is a 15 min drive with its harbour, medieval fort, beach and extensive shopping facilities. When the sun goes down, there is an extensive choice of restaurants and tavernas. Paphos has a lively atmosphere at night, and on the main strip there are pubs and clubs open until the small hours.
SECRET VALLEY, is a testing 6,120 metre par 72 course with fabulous views.
Secret Valley Resort area
There is a pebble beach at Aphrodites Rock 5 min drive, and a further 15 mins along the coast road you will find Pissouri Bay with its fine sandy beach, cafes/restaurants and all water sports. On the hill above the bay you will find Pissouri village with a fine selection of restaurants and evening entertainment.Coral Bay is a 25 min drive, but well worth a visit.

Paphos International Airport is within a 15 minute drive. Directions will be given on secured bookings.

Further details indoors: Inside the lounge there is ample seating for 8 guests and plasma tv with sky, PS2 and DVD. All rooms are fully air conditioned. The kitchen is well equipped and leads straight out to the BBQ area.
The master en-suite bedroom is situated on the ground floor and has glass doors leading straight onto the pool area. Again the views from this room are stunning! This bedroom has a bathroom en-suite with shower and w.c.
Upstairs the bright spacious landing area leads out onto the most fabulous first floor terrace with breathtaking views of Secret Valley, Aphrodite Hills and sea views stretching for miles.
The upstairs has 3 twin rooms, 1 with en-suite shower room the other two rooms share a family shower room. The en-suite room has access out onto the first floor terrace.

We had a great holiday and have no complaints about anything, only the pictures on the net dont show how really fantastic it is. It was so quiet and even the neighbours were lovely.
