About the home

Villa Lemoni is located in the beautiful area of the Secret Valley, 15 minutes drive from Paphos town. Located 5 minutes from Secret Valley golf course and 10 minutes drive from the Aphrodite Hills golf course, it is ideally situated for the golf enthusiast.
For the rambler there is the most beautiful coastal walk from the bottom of our road all the way to Cyprus most famous Aphrodite Rock. There, lovers can swim around the rock to prove their love!
Cyprus is famous for it's ancient history. Paphos has many ancient sites to visit. The fascinating ampitheatre is a forty minute drive . Kouklia which was once the capital of Cyprus is the nearest village to our villa and has the old castle to visit. Also in Kouklia there are a few good tavernas where you can enjoy Greek music and Meze food.
Going inland , there are numerous interesting villages to visit. Lefkara is famous for its intricate lace making and has magnificent views over the valleys to the coast. Guide books in the villa will suggest many more to visit.
Nicosia, which is the capital of Cyprus is aprox an hour away and has the wonderful mix of old and modern with its designer shops and rambling little streets with lovely restaurants.
For the sailor , a visit to Latchi is a must. Latchi is an hour away and is a developing marina where you can hire a boat for a while and then enjoy one of the many fish restaurants.
The kitchen is fully fitted and fully equipped, incorporating a dishwasher and washing machine..

Cots and high chairs can be provided and there is a selection of toys, games and books for all ages.
There is also an information pack giving details of all the facilities of the villa and of Cyprus.
The property has 3 bedrooms. The master bedroom has a queen size bed with en-suite bathroom. The two other spacious rooms have twin beds. All the bedrooms have been tastefully furnished and the master bedroom has the added luxury of a private balcony with sea views.

The patio and veranda areas consist of a private swimming pool, sun beds, parasols, barbecue and garden furniture.

Villa Lemoni is the perfect retreat for both the golfing holidaymaker and families, with local amenities and activities within easy reach.

The Paphos region

The villa occupies a peaceful and secure setting, perfect for those who want to combine plentiful sun, beautiful views and relaxing by a swimming pool.

Among its attractions ,the nearby town of Paphos, offers ancient mosaic floors, its beautiful old harbour, its modern hotels and restaurants, situated along the seaside promenade. Other sights include an archaeological museum, the Byzantine castle of Paphos, the Tombs of the Kings, St. Paul’s Pillar and the Temple of Aphrodite (the goddess of love and beauty).

The major port of Limassol is only 45 minutes drive away and offers designer shopping and café dining by the sea.

For golfers there are two fabulous courses only five minutes away: Secret Valley Golf Club, is a challenging 18 holes, 6,120m par 72 course, set in a spectacular setting in a scenic valley with grand trees and beautiful sculpted rock formations all round.

Aprhodite Golf Club is a new course designed by Cabell Robinson, takes you up into the mountains with spectacular views of the coast

The Secret Valley Resort area

Five minutes away is the five star Ahprodite resort. There are several restaurants and bars around the Village Square, including a Greek and Cypriot Taverna, sports pub and bar, Italian pizza and pasta, coffee shop and a Chinese restaurant. The restaurants of the Village Square offer a true taste of the Mediterranean in a delightful setting recreating the ambience of a traditional Cypriot village.

A visit to The Retreat at Aphrodite Hills is the ultimate in top-to-toe pampering for body and mind. From the moment you enter the cool serenity of The Retreats monastic interior you are immersed in tranquil surroundings, where superb facilities and an expert team of therapists tend to your every need. “Absolutely fabulous!” This was our second trip to Cyprus staying in villa lemoni. We couldn't wait to return from the previous year. The villa is very spacious, very clean, it has everything you could need. And the pool is fantastic, the children spend most of their time in it, it is also maintained to a very high standard. Overall this is a fabulous villa and we can't wait to go again.
