Villa Kallitheas is situated within the prestigious Secret Valley Golf Resort and 10 minutes drive from Paphos International Airport. The villa is set in scenic and peaceful surroundings with easy access to all amenities including golf; beaches; historical sites and many excellent restaurants for eating out. A short drive to Paphos provides shopping, entertainment and international dining. The villa has a private pool, sunbeds and BBQ area accessed from a spacious lounge seating six, and additionally cane furniture is provided for use on the outside terraces, or, indoors. For your entertainment there is a television with satellite channels, DVD and VCR with a selection of films. A dining area seats six comfortably at a large table , and the spacious kitchen is comprehensively equipped to a very high standard.Off the hallway there is a cloakroom. Upstairs each of the three bedrooms have ample wardrobe and drawer space, hairdryers, vaulted ceilings and balconies with bistro furniture. Two of the bedrooms contain super-kingsize beds.The third bedroom has twin beds.Solar heating provides hot water to the bathrooms and a water pressure system ensures good shower pressure. The garden is a particular feature of the property being walled and landscaped to a high standard. Poolside there is ample sunbathing space with loungers. There are large terraces for al fresco dining, with hardwood furniture. The villa is fully air-conditioned,heated and double glazed. Parking exists for several cars.

The Paphos District
There is certainly no lack of things to do and see in the area. Whether you like history, sightseeing,walking,golf, nature trails, wine routes, swimming, water sports, beach and sunbathing or dining out and night clubs, you will find that this region of Cyprus offers these, and more in abundance. Secret Valley Resort area
A short drive to Pissouri is worthwhile where an attractive beach is complemented by an unusual hilltop village. Two restaurants here are worthy of a visit :- " The Bunch of Grapes" and " The Hideaway". At Secret Valley, the onsite course is an 18-hole championship course playing to a par 71 covering 5989m. It is situated in a beautiful natural valley environment. A further course is planned. The clubhouse provides good quality, reasonably priced lunches and a carvery on alternate Sundays. Nearby is the newest course in Cyprus at Aphrodite Hills, an 18-hole buggy only course. Also on the site are shops,restaurants, spa treatments and tennis. A third course exists at Tsada, some 25 minutes from Secret Valley, to the north of Paphos.

Further details indoors: The bathroom contains a bath and shower. The en-suite bathroom contains a double size shower and bidet. In the kitchen,the dish washer, washing machine and fan oven/grill are full size. There is a microwave and grill/sandwich toaster. The hob is ceramic touch operated An American style double fridge-freezer provides ample refrigeration space.
Further details outdoors: Tiled terraces are provided on two sides of the villa. Paved (non-slip) terraces are situated round the pool. An outside shower is provided for use with the pool. Garden lighting may be activated from the lounge.
