A beautifully furnished, executive villa, with private pool, landscaped gardens and exceptional views to the sea and Paphos. The villa is detached and located in a peaceful location in the exclusive Secret Valley Golf Resort.

The Villa which has its own private swimming pool and enjoys superb sea and sunset views as well as a fantastic wooden deck. This "Front Line" golf property has unobstructed views to the sea and mountains. The accommodation is on two floors,upper level with its 4 spacious bedrooms with private bathroom. Air conditioning through-out, many extras.

The Paphos region

Pissouri is a village located in Limassol's district, Cyprus (thirty kilometres westwards of Limassol's centre), between Limassol and Paphos. Pissouri's administrative area is the third biggest in Limassol District. The main settlement of Pissouri is situated about three kilometres away from the bay named Cape Aspro, and is built on the side of a green hill. The settlement has two distinct communities, Pissouri Village Area and Pissouri Bay Area.

In Pissouri there are several shops, and many tavernas, restaurants and bars serving food and drink of exceptional quality. There are also three banks' branches in Pissouri village's central square.

Pissouri covers a large area stretching from the hills rolling away into dramatic countryside to the north, to the sea in the south, and from the edge of the Western Sovereign Base area in the east to Aphrodite's Rock in the west. The village is perched on the hillside overlooking the sea, about 4 kilometres inland from the beautiful, naturally sandy beach at Pissouri Bay, which is a separate area. It is some 3 km from Cape Aspro and is roughly half way between Limassol and Paphos, at about 30 km in each direction.

The Village Square is the hub of Village life with the coffee shop at its heart. The local tavernas serve up good food and on summer evenings you will find the weekly “Cyprus night” somewhere in Pissouri, a lively and popular treat of traditional dancing, music and food. The Village boasts a magnificent "Millenium" amphitheatre, seating 800, spectacularly set high up on the edge of the Village with panoramic views towards Akrotiri and Limassol.

To the south lies our beautiful Bay, where hotels, bars, restaurants and tavernas contribute to a lively and friendly tourist location. The coast stretches west along dramatic cliffs to Aphrodite's Rock. All around us are the remains of the ancient history of Cyprus. You will be able to discover many of these fascinating sites and beautiful countryside by joining a local walking group. During recent years, great attention has been paid to the development of tourism in the area, especially at Pissouri beach.

Pissouri is perfectly located for golfers within 2 championship standard golf courses within 10 minutes drive. They are Aphrodite hills and Secret Valley. The new Nick Faldo golf course is also only 20 minutes away by car.

Pissouri is the perfect location for a relaxing holiday or to provide some fun activities such as walking, mountain biking, golf, tennis, water-sports and diving.

The Secret Valley Resort area

In addition to the wonderful 2km long Blue Flag beach in Pissouri Bay itself, there is a wonderful, almost deserted beach in the next bay, Avdimou, which is reached through an extensive nature reserve area filled with local wildlife and flora. Pissouri Village, with its quaint streets, lively restaurants and superb amphitheatre, is a 5 minute drive up the mountain-side, where you can savour the fabulous views over the countryside to Limassol or the Troodos Mountains.

In summer, there are regular Cypriot nights at several tavernas in both Pissouri Bay and Pissouri Village, while the nearby amphitheatre at Kourion regularly has events. Limassol and Paphos are each less than 30 minutes drive away, with their vast array of activities, including water parks, historic old towns and harbours, and long promenades along the sea front.
