Built in 2005 the property consists of three double bedrooms, two rooms have double beds and the other with twin beds. All bedrooms have patio doors to verandas.The master bedroom has en-suite facilities with the other bedrooms having access to a guest bathroom with bath, shower and wc. there is also a wc on the ground floor. The lounge has comfortable seating with satelliteT.V, DVD and music centre. A feature fireplace will burn logs in the colder months. The integral dining area has table and chairs for six people supplemented by other furniture. there are two sets of patio doors overliooking the garden and swimming pool There is a separate kitchen with table and chairs, cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer and other essentials including a cooled water dispenser. patio doors overlook a patio and garden

The Paphos District
Paphos is considered to be an ideal place to get the best weather whilst visiting the island of Cyprus: the warmest part of the island in winter and the coolest in summer.

Paphos, approximately 12 miles from the villa, is the main resort in the area and boasts the coverted award of World Heritage Site. The historical sites such as The Tombs of the Kings, the magnificent Mosaics, Baths of Aphrodite, Aphrodite`s Sanctuary , the Medieval Fort and Odeon capture visitors from around the world. Paphos welcomes many return visitors each year and offers a warm welcome with excellent service, wonderful food and its blend of old and new.
The whole area offers the visitor access to majestic landscapes, a magnificent coastline, historical treasures and delightful villages where tradition continues to influence everyday life. There is something for everyone: whether its a stroll on a secluded beach, a walk in the magnificent forests, a round of golf, a day out at the water park or a night out on the town. This area caters for young and old in ways that make your holiday experience one to remember.
Secret Valley Resort area
The villa is situated in a scenic valley overlooking common land. Nearby is the the Secret Valley Golf Course which is the current focal point for the development for the surrounding area. A range of detached villas have been built to a high standard within strict planning guidlines.
The Secret Valley golf course is a few minutes drive from the villa and offers excellent club house and golf facilities. The 18 hole 72 par course is situated in a magnificent valley surrounded by trees, shrubs, rock formations and hill sides. The cost are very competative and range for CY£ 28 to CY£38 depending on the season. A PGA professional is available throughout the year.
Aphrodite Hills 5* golf complex is 5 minutes away by car and also offers high quality facilities which include the impressive golf course set on the top of the hillside overlooking the blue Mediterranean sea. Recreation and leisure facilities are of a very high standard and include: - Restaurents - Bars - Sports bar and pub - Pizza bar - Coffee shop
Nearby is the birthplace of Aphrodite, Petra tou Romiou. This imposing rock rises from the blue Mediterranean Sea and commands its place on a shoreline that captures attention. Each year many visitors return to this place to re-experience the calm and tranquality of this unspolilt stretch of coastline
The small village of Kouklia, is 5 mins away by car and offers a traditional experience of village life with its centre offering three restaurants and coffee shops as well as a museum for Aphrodite. This thriving village maintains its traditional and cultural past and these are reflected in the everyday life of the village, including a very warm welcome to visitors.
Fifteen mintues away is Pissouri. Set on a magnificent hill the village centre boasts small shops, restaurants and bars. It has a wonderful bay where water sports and sun bathing are the main activities.
Further along the coast( fifteen minutes) is Kourion a world heritage site where the remains of a historical town dominates the skyline and overlooks a popular beach with its shoreline and restaurants.
Limassol is easy accessible along the A6 dual carriageway and it offers excellent amenities for the visitor The Troodos mountains are close with magnificent forests, traditional villages and monasteries.
