About the home

Modern and clean, the villa is situated in an elevated position with beautiful views across the valley to the Aphrodite Hills golf course. Just a few minutes from the historical sites and tavernas at Kouklia village and 15 minutes from the sandy beaches at Pissouri bay. With only 10 minutes drive from Paphos Airport and 20 minutes to the bustling Paphos centre as well as its close proximity to 3 Championship Golf Courses, the villa is ideal for holidays all year round.

The villa has another WC downstairs.

Kitchen: With patio doors leading to a part covered terrace, at the rear of the villa. The modern kitchen is fully equipped including a cooker, ceramic hob, extractor fan, oven, fridge, freezer, washing machine and dishwasher.
Living Rooms: There is a large, open plan lounge/dining room opening onto the pool and gardens with far reaching views across the valley. It has a 2 and 3-seater sofa as well as an armchair, with coffee table, DVD and PS2.
Cleaning/towels/
linen/maid service: Linen, towels and pool towels are provided. A welcome pack is provided as well as a maid service at the beginning and the end of the stay, Linen is changed weekly.

Accessibility
The villa is accessed via 2 steps onto the front terrace.

Outside
Private pool 8m x 4m in landscaped gardens with lawn and patio. Patio table and chairs with large parasol and sun loungers. The rear garden and pool are ideally positioned to catch the sun all day whilst the front terrace would apeal to those who prefer the shade.

Golf
On the Secret Valley Golf development and just 5 minutes from Aphrodite Hills Golf Resort. The new Elea course in Yeroskipou only 12 mins drive away, Tsada golf course is 25 minutes away.

For any periods other than weekly or fortnightly please contact me so I can inform you of rates and availability. To secure a booking we require a 25% deposit immediately when making the booking and a refundable security deposit of £200GB pounds is payable on your final balance. This is to cover breakages, damages or cancellation. This will be refunded once the property has been cleaned and found to be without damage. The final balance is payable 8 weeks prior to arrival.

On the Secret Valley Golf development and just a few minutes from Aphrodite Hills Golf Resort. Tsada golf course is 25 minutes away.

Travel
Due to the quiet location of the villa car hire is recommended although one energetic couple did manage only hiring bikes! The villa is approximately 10 minutes drive from Paphos Airport and 1 hour 15 minutes from Larnaca Airport.

Our villa is managed by a very helpful English couple who will make you welcome and be on hand for any help and advice you may need.

The Secret Valley Resort / Ha Potami Phase B area

Mandria bay is only 10 mins walk from the villa and following the coast road other beaches offering water sports are only a short drive away. Paphos water park is a super day out for all the family just 10 minutes drive away.
Lots of tourist attractions nearby!
