This spacious three bedroom villa with Heated pool offers everything you need for a stress free, ‘get-away-from-it-all’ holiday. Villa Athena is furnished to a very high standard offering luxury but comfort at the same time. This bungalow style villa acts a retreat and a perfect relaxing place to unwind.
The lounge is open plan and leads to a round shaped dining area which has windows all round capturing some lovely views of the garden and Secret Valley. Your stay at Villa Athena will be more than just a holiday as this villa has an outside upstairs terrace which is large enough to enjoy dinner in the evening whilst taking in some of the most breathtaking views you’ll see in Cyprus. The position of Villa Athena is the envy of many other villas in the area as it is positioned in such a way you can see along the coastline for miles and what could be better than sit and watch the sunset across the Mediterranean whilst enjoying a glass of chilled local wine.
The lounge is luxurious and has ample seating for guests to relax and unwind. There is satellite TV and DVD player together with CD and IPod player. The dining area seats six people comfortably. Just off the dining area is the Large fully equipped kitchen with brand new appliances everything you need from built in full sized oven, halogen hob, microwave to built in dishwasher, fridge/freezer.
Large master bedroom with king size bed, en suite bathroom with bath and power-shower and dressing area. Next to the master bedroom are Two further large double bedrooms one with a kingsize bed and one with twin beds. The other double room has own en suite shower room with power-shower and wc, it also has patio doors opening up onto the garden area. All bedrooms have ample storage space for both hanging and folding away cloths. They are all very bright and airy rooms and all have fantastic views of the sea or the valley.
All across the lounge area is direct access to the outside patio terrace, BBQ area, private (8 x 4) swimming pool (optional heating) and stunning landscaped gardens. The swimming pool has deep and shallow ends making it suitable for young children. The garden is furnished with high quality garden furniture, sunbeds and umbrellas for use all year round. The garden and BBQ area offer dining and seating for up to 6 guests or why not have dinner on the terrace and really enjoy those fabulous views.
There is a staircase to the side of the villa which gives access to the roof terrace. It really is quite stunning and when not enjoying the evening sunset, why not just relax and enjoy a spot of sunbathing (just don’t forget your factor 25 or above, as the sun gets very hot in Cyprus!)
The bungalow villa is suitable for all ages, groups of friends, families or even just a couple looking for a hideaway retreat. Whatever your reasons, Villa Athena has it all for the stress free holiday!

Conditions
To confirm a booking we require £200 per week holding deposit, the balance is due 8 weeks before your departure. We ask all guests for a £200 breakages deposit.
The Paphos region
Enjoy the attractions in Paphos such as the Tomb of the Kings and soak up some of the Greek history. Go for a walk along the harbour or enjoy some water sports, fishing or even water skiing. There are many places to eat in Paphos and a very large selection of any type of Cuisine you fancy.
Fancy shopping? Why not visit one of the many street markets in any around Paphos town centre. What ever takes your fancy, Paphos has a little bit of everything!
The Secret Valley Resort / Hapotami Phase C area
Whether you want to stay and soak up the sun, enjoy the sea and the countryside or go out and explore the island, you couldn't be better placed than to stay in Secret Valley. With Paphos being only a short 15 minute drive in one direction and Limassol being 30 minutes the other direction you are ideally situated to get the best out of Cyprus on this holiday.
Secret Valley has a fantastic club house where you can enjoy a glass of wine, a great lunch and they even have free WIFI. If you want a traditional taverna you only have to drive just over 5 minutes into Kouklia and there you find many great Greek restaurants serving lots of tasty dishes including Greek Meze
