This Large 3 bedroom villa with Heated pool is in the heart of the Secret Valley Golf resort. It is a brand new property and is the height of contemporary style with luxurious furnishings. With its open-plan living area and fabulous views across the coast of Secret Valley it is the perfect place to unwind, forget your troubles and enjoy a relaxing get away for it all holiday.

Downstairs in Villa Arista there is a very large spacious open plan lounge with stylish 'L' shaped sofa. The dining area easily accommodates 8 people and next to this is a further seating area.
The Lounge has satellite TV, DVD. Large kitchen area fully equipped with breakfast bar and Hi-spec appliances (built in full sized oven, gas hob, microwave, built in dishwasher and large fridge/freezer). There is an additional block glass shower-room with toilet downstairs.

From the lounge and dining area there is access to the outside terraces and BBQ area, Large swimming pool and beautiful landscaped gardens. The swimming pool can be heated in the off peak months has deep and shallow ends so is suitable for families with small children.

Upstairs: Large master bedroom with king size low level bed, en-suite bathroom with power-shower, dressing area and balcony with sea views. Two further large double bedrooms with twin beds, each having their own en-suite bathrooms with power-showers and balconies with stunning sea or mountain views. Plenty of cupboard space in all rooms.

All rooms are Air-conditioned at no extra cost to you (some villa owners charge extra for this service)

Outside you can enjoy the large heated private pool and large landscaped garden. The swimming pool has deep and shallow ends so is suitable for families with small children.

This brand new luxurious villa benefits from being only 10 minutes away from Paphos airport. It is positioned amongst the prestigious and relaxing Secret Valley Golf Resort however Paphos town is only a 20 minute drive away with its many bars and tempting restaurants.

The Paphos region

Cyprus is fast becoming one of Europe’s much loved holiday destinations with English-speaking locals, a large selection of fabulous food and wine and years of history, its no wonder why!! The island has near-zero crime rate, driving on the left, you can drink most of the tap-water and even use electrical appliances with no adaptors.

There is lots to see and do, visit Aphrodite’s Rock, the Tomb of the Kings, beaches, water-sports, the water-park. Paphos is about a 15 minute drive away where you can walk along the harbour or go to one of the many restaurants, bars or nightclubs.

Looking for something a little more traditional, romantic or just a little bit quieter then why not savour the excellent food and wines in the quieter tavern's in nearby Pissouri and Kouklia with their gentle and friendly character.

The Secret Valley Resort area

The villa is located near Paphos with views along the coast. It is 2 minutes drive to the Secret Valley Golf club, 5 minutes from Aphrodite Hills Golf, Hotel and Leisure complex, 20 minutes from Tsada Golf club:

SECRET VALLEY, is a testing 6,120 metre par 72 course with fabulous views.

APHRODITE HILLS is a 5 minutes drive from the villa. An even more taxing 6,200 metre, Par 72 course. Handicap certificate required. Excellent practice facilities and PGA professionals.

TSADA is 20 minutes drive from villa, set high in the hills. 6,060 metre, par 72 course. Similar rates to Secret Valley.

Secret Valley and Tsada golf courses can usually be pre-booked, subject to availability of tee-times - see WOWCyprus Golf section for more details.

we had a lovely time and although the weather wasn't as hot as last year that didn't stop us really enjoying ourselves. Having the pool heated was well worthwhile - we couldn't keep the boys out :)The villa was great and very well looked after. We are already considering rebooking for the same time next year :) ! We would have liked to have had a look at the first villa we were interested in - was this far from Villa Arista? Thanks so much for all the info you gave us - did our best to visit as much as we could :) All the best and be in touch again soon re next year :)

We must have been one of the very lucky ones when delayed in Cyprus for 6 days due to the volcanic ash! Mike and Jan were fantastic in the crisis and arranged for us to stay on in this lovely villa. There were 6 adults plus a 15 month old and the villa was ideal as it was very, very spacious and well serviced with bathrooms and kitchen. It was tastefully furnished to a high standard. A big plus was the heated swimming pool which was very large for a private pool. The villa was in spacious grounds with ample sun beds and patio chairs and tables plus a very good bbq. The views from the villa of the sea and coast were breath-taking. The Secret Valley development is of a very high quality and very quiet. Car hire is essential as there are no facilities within walking distance. We would highly recommend both the villa and the service provided by Jan and Mike. Nanoo 1980 Gerrards Cross April 2010

Dear Jan, Thanks for your letter (and cheque) that arrived today …. You beat me to it as I was going to drop you a line as promised.Just to say a big thank you – it was a beautiful villa, very peaceful and in a lovely area of Cyprus. It was furnished to a very high standard and we would certainly look to return again. Please keep us in mind and we may be interested in larger villas should other Thornton’s wish to join us in the future. Thanks also for the restaurant recommendations – they were all good especially Hillview and Last Castle. We also went to one recommended to us by a Cypriot – ‘Periklis’ a lovely village tavern in Nata – great views and very traditional food at reasonable prices – they also do a buffet for 15 Euro’s on a Sunday lunchtime that is packed with locals as well as British. Fabulous time in Cyprus by Donna Davieson December 8, 2009
Dear Jan, We had a fabulous time in Cyprus and Villa Arista was wonderful.
The villa was maintained to a very high standard and we were very impressed with the pool man, who came twice a week for a minimum of 20 minutes. He did a fantastic job.
We also met Susan and her husband, who even brought their westie dog around to visit as we also have a westie and were missing her quite a lot.
The only negatives we can think of were, that we could not find a hairdryer, also the house did'nt have a pair of scissors or a pair of oven gloves. As you can see very small details.
We loved the area and visited the village of Pissouri several times,calling in at The bunch of grapes for a lovely meal. We also had a couple of very good meals in the main square, the middle taverna, which was excellent.
All in all we had a really super holiday and would certainly recommend the Villa for a holiday and Cyprus we found had something for everyone, we visited several of the ancient ruins,The Troodos mountains,crazy golf,but it was also nice just to stay by the pool as it was so hot. We are certainly missing those hot days now!

Hello Jan, We had such a fantastic time and really enjoyed our time spent at the villa. The villa was simply gorgeous and we didnt want to come home. Susan was wonderful and really helped us out. The area around the villa was lovely, we really enjoyed popping into Pissouri...it was quiet and just how we like it. We also went into Paphos a few times in the evening during our stay which was extremely close when using the A6. Lemanaki restaurant by the beach at Pissouri is a good recommendation for your guests, the food and ambience was perfect :) A couple of recommendations to the owner, if a family is staying there is no provision for plastic cups and plates...it is also a good idea to have these to use by the pool area to avoid any accidents with glass around the pool. The other thing that may be good is to have a lamp or freestanding light available downstairs, w/out this we had to have the main lights on in the evening which meant it was a bit bright (maybe this is me being too fussy) I would like to thank you once again for making our holiday simply wonderful, I would highly recommend your company and will definitely contact you again if we plan to return.
