About the home

Luxury 3 bedroom villa, master en suite, furnished to an extremely high standard with air conditioning throughout and sea views. There is a private pool with walk-in Roman steps set within the large landscaped gardens which feature palm trees, fruit trees, large patio area and BBQ. The villa has also recently been equipped with cable TV and Internet Access.

Situated in the prestigious Secret Valley golf resort at Ha Potami, the villa is ideally set for both summer and winter golfing holidays in Cyprus and also provides a perfect base for family holidays. Only 5 mintues drive to Aphrodite Hills Spa and Golf Resort and 20 minutes drive to Tsada golf course. The villa is a superb self catering property for holiday rentals and is located a short drive away from the nightlife, water park and restaurants in Paphos and the beach and tavernas at Pissouri.

Whilst in a peaceful countryside location the Villa is only a 10 minute drive from Paphos International Airport.

Downstairs is a spacious contemporary open-plan design with ample room for up to 6 people to dine and relax.

The kitchen is well equipped with granite worktops and all mod cons including dishwasher and microwave. In the lounge area there are comfortable leather chairs and TV and DVD Player which can play CDs. There are a selection of DVDs for all tastes.

The master bedroom with Queen size 5' bed has an en-suite bathroom with shower. There are also patio doors leading to a balcony with beautiful sea views. The two twin-bedded rooms share a modern family bathroom with bath and shower. All bedrooms have generous wardrobe space and are fitted with blackout blinds to ensure a good nights sleep for all. There is a further WC downstairs.

The Villa is also equipped for small children with a selection of toys, a highchair and travel cot.

The Villa is also fully air conditioned with a heating option if needed in the winter months.

The Villa is situated in a peaceful location with sea views, set in beautiful gardens including grassy area, fruit trees and palm trees.

The private pool is 8 x 4 meters with shallow walk in Roman steps (suitable for children or elderly).

There is a large patio area, with an in built BBQ and outside dining for 6 on the veranda.

“Wonderful time at a nice villa” There was given a lot of information about the villa and property and all the booking process was very easy, our children loved the vast spaces inside.

“Fantastic villa with beautiful views” We had a wonderful time at Villa Alexia this October. The villa was clean with everything we needed and the garden was immaculate. We enjoyed the villa so much that we spent most the time just lazing around and swimming in the pool. My 4 and 2 year olds loved the villa and pool - as well as the handy children's dvd collection when it got too hot to be outside. The owners & the couple who maintain the villa in Cyprus couldn't have been more helpful & provided excellent customer service. Cyprus is the perfect place to go to for sun in October. We had over 30 degrees each day and I'd stay in this villa every time. Very accessible from Paphos airport (only about 15mins away) - with plenty of lovely beaches & good tavernas nearby. Thank you for making our holiday!

“A Wonderful Week in a Beautiful Villa” From my initial enquiry right through until the end of our holiday, Ellie and Ian were helpful, efficient and informative concerning everything we asked them. Kathy and Bill (the couple who look after Villa Alexia) were also great - they sent us photos, offered to shop for some basic essentials for when we arrived and sent us spot-on directions to the villa from the airport. They were also on hand for any queries we had during our stay without being intrusive in any way. The villa is beautiful and the gardens stunning in a very peaceful location. A car is essential but there are several villages with small supermarkets just 10-15 min drive away and Paphos, one of the main resorts about 25-30 mins. There are lots of good restaurants in Paphos and the atmosphere there in the evenings is lovely. A good time was had by all and would definitely recommend this lovely villa.

“truly amazing villa and location” I wanted a week to unwind and enjoy some peace and solitude and this was certainly the place to offer just that. we found the villa straight away, using the directions sent to us,the villa is really beautiful, very clean spacious and modern, it had just everything that you could possibly need,for any families with children there are so many toys books, games and things to use in the pool , which was spotless and truly amazing,theres even a little tent for kids to play with, I thought that was so cute.we really enjoyed having the air con and yes we really did need it., the weather was perfect, over 30deg each day,the location of villa Alexia is just perfect i felt,not too far to drive to lots of places of interest., please dont forget to have the most amazing, ice cream, from the guy on the main road to pissouri, we were greedy and called there 4 times, well worth it.theres a good shop close by too, so shopping is not a problem at all. we will certainly be planning another visit next year, I would have no hesitation in recommending villa ALEXIA to anyone.

“lovely, clean and very well equiped villa” Villa Alexia was a lovely villa, It was of a high standard, a car is necessary for the villa. The villa was clean and modern,it had air conditioning in every room, which was a needed, it had a excellent garden area with pool and barbecue area in which the children loved, the villa had made sure that children was looked after, with outdoor toys and in door entertainment which kept them entertained when it was to hot for them outside. It had the bed linen changed weekly and there was good information on where to go in Paphos. I would certainly recommend this villa to people as it has been one of the nicest villas we have stayed in.

“Beautiful gardens, villa & pool - fantastic!” Villa Alexia is perfect. It is clean, maintained to a high standard & was equipped with everything we needed. The gardens are beautiful & the pool is ideal. The location of the villa is great - you definitely need a hire car, as stated - but is ideal for Paphos (15mins drive) & the surrounding local traditional villages, which have some charming restaurants & tavernas. The villa is on a lovely estate which is within easy reach of the airport and several beaches. Ellie & Ian were very efficient & helpful throughout, from the initial enquiry through to the booking and the holiday itself. Bill & Kathy were incredibly helpful, friendly & welcoming. They are located on the same estate as Villa Alexia & this we found reassuring should we have needed assistance at any time. We would recommend this villa to anyone, as we have stayed in many holiday properties in the UK and abroad, and this was, without doubt, the best.

“Hassle Free Luxury Holiday” This is our first stay at the Villa and to be honest is one of the best holidays we have had as a family. I have never relaxed so much on holiday especially when I have two children to entertain! The villa is situated about 15 mins from the airport and is really easy to find. Although it is in a quiet area there is restuarants shops and beaches close by, so you don't feel anything is too much hassle. The villa is open, clean, modern and well maintained. The garden is lovely and it was great to just pick a lemon or lime off the tree for them early door G and T! If you have children it is a great place to stay as there is everything the children could wish for from games to plastic crockery just to make life easy for a parent. There was also a information folder in the villa which had other peoples comments eg. places to eat or go to on day tips. We found this information really useful and truthful, which always helps. We spent alot of time outside either in the pool or having bar-b-ques. Kathy and Bill who clean the villa and pool are lovely people and nothing was too much of a problem. Bill even turned up one day with some inflatables for the children so they could play with them in the pool. Any information or advice you needed they were always willing to help. I would recommend this holiday and we have booked for next year as we enjoyed ourselves so much. Many thanks for such a great holiday.
