About the home

Villa Kejas is set within its own landscaped gardens with a private pool for exlusive use by our guests. It incorporates an outside eating area together with a BBQ. Our villa is not overlooked and this adds to the privacy guests can expect. The rear of the villa looks across to open land and beyond that is the spectacular view of the mountains plus views of the 9th and 11th fairways of the golf course.

The 3 bedrooms all have their own balconies with the two rear bedrooms enjoying the unspoilt views. The marble staircase leads into the spacious lounge/dining areas. Air- conditioning/heating is standard in all rooms and in addition the bedrooms all have fan lights as an alternative to keeping cool at night. We are situated on the Secret Valley Golf Resort which is just a 15 minute drive from Paphos Airport. Traditional Cypriot villages of Kouklia and Mandria are just 5 minutes away with Pissouri village/bay a 15 minute trip.

Change over days are flexible to accommodate our guests

To confirm a booking, a non refundable deposit of 25% of the total cost of the villa rental is payable within 7 days. Balance due 8 weeks before departure date.
Cancellation Refunds: Up to 4 weeks 50%, 4 weeks or less no refund.
Security Deposit: £200 is required per booking. This will be returned to you within 14 days of you leaving the villa, following clearance from our property managers.

The Paphos region

Paphos is the legendary birthplace of Aphrodite, and Aphrodite's rock is just 10 minutes away from our villa. Paphos has a lot to offer from the bustling town centre with an abundance of restaurants/bars to the scenic harbour area. Just outside Paphos lies Coral bay with it's sandy beaches.

The Secret Valley Resort / Ha Potami Phase B area

Villa Kejas is situated on the Secret Valley Golf Resort, which is just 15 minutes from Paphos Airport. Pissouri is 10 minutes away and there is a choice of the bay area or alternatively the village which has a great selection of traditional Tavernas and is one of our favourite places to eat!

Nearby Kouklia and Mandria are also worth a visit and again have a good choice of Taverna's for a relaxing evening out. Both these little villages can be reached in 5 minutes by car. For food shopping etc we use the Paphos Mall which is fifteen minutes away via the A6 Motorway.

As well as appealing to those wanting a tranquil holiday our villa is located near to 3 golf courses and so golfers have a good choice of where to play. For those who want to mix relaxation with activity there are many sports to try out in the area including, horse riding, mountain biking, cycling, walking, water skiing, paragliding etc, not forgetting skiing in the Troodos mountains during the winter. Also recommend Paphos Water Park for the kids (and adults!)

Fly to Phapos Airport, just 15 minutes car trip to Villa Kejas, or alternatively Lanarca Airport which is a 70 minute car trip and is virtually a straight road using the Motorway. We have found that flights are normally cheaper going to Lanarca.

Several airlines fly to Cyprus and we always use a comparator web site to check the best deals. We normally use easy car for car hire as this tends to be the cheapest.

“Home from home comfort with the bonus of sunshine and peaceful atmosphere.” Spotless villa with lovely pool and garden with pleasant views. The villa has every facillity one could need for a pleasant holiday with or with out children. It is in a quiet and safe area of the island. There is a choice of good eating places within a short drive. The villa has a well equipped kitchen for self catering and outside dinning areas to enjoy meals at any time of day. Choice of of golf courses within a short drive for the golfers. Excellent car hire choice at or near airport. The Troodos mountains are well worth a visit. We found Paphos interesting and it has all the shops and super markets that a visitor needs. Will be returning next year for a longer stay.

“genuine luxury villa !” We spent a very nice journey in this villa with all equipments at our disposal. At least for 5 people, near to the beach and a good view....! 2 weeks of fun in the swimming pool I definitly recommend this accomadation and Cyprus ! I hope to come back soon !

“Very nice villa and good location” Very nice furnished villa with good equipments and nice view. Very quiet neighborhood and good location: not far from the motorway so easy to access. Nice swimming pool. Dramatic view over the hills behind.

Payment can be made by cheque, or if you prefer through PayPal (4% surcharge).

£250 refundable security amount to be sent with the balance. This is returned following a check on the villa once vacated.
