Villa Heleni, sited near the birthplace of the goddess of Love, Aphrodite, has some of the most spectacular views throughout Cyprus.

Its location on the prestigious Secret Valley Golf course and only a five minute drive from the Aphrodite Hills Golf Resort/Spa, offers you year-round golfing as well as walking along unspoilt beaches, exploring historical sites of the Island, tasting local food and wine in tranquil villages, water sports, hiking in the mountains and even downhill skiing in the winter months.

The nearest pristine undeveloped pebble beach is 1.5 km away. Birthplace of Aphrodite, Petra Tou Romiou beach is a 7 km away, sandy beaches of Pissouri are a 15 mins drive and golden sandy Coral Bay beach is in a 1/2 hour drive. An ancient town Paphos with its fishing harbour, restaurants and shopping is a 20 minutes drive. In an hour drive, you can reach Agia Napa and Protaras with white sand beaches, hotels and tourists.

The 3 bedroom tastefully furnished in a luxury contemporary style villa gives you total privacy to relax, soak up the sunshine, cool off in the private pool and watch a stunning sunset over the Mediterranean Sea while sipping a drink on your garden terrace.

The living area including a leather sofa suite and a marble coffee table is within an open space adjacent to the dining area which is furnished with a marble table and leather dining chairs for six. Cable TV, DVD/CD player. Opens to a covered terrace by the pool.

Villa Heleni has three bedrooms to comfortably accommodate 6. The master bedroom with a king-size (UK) bed includes a private balcony (sea view) and en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom also has a king-size bed and sea view. The third bedroom has two single beds and a village view.

There are two bathrooms on the second floor: one is en-suite with the master bedroom and includes a shower. The second is shared by two bedrooms and includes a bathtub. There is a guest toilet downstairs.

A Wireless Internet connection is available upon special request and at additional cost of £15 per week.

The villa has a private heated outdoor 8x4m swimming pool set in a backyard landscaped garden with a breathtaking view over the Mediterranean Sea.

An outdoor shower is provided to help ensure that pool stays free of sun cream/oil.

There is a covered terrace with a BBQ and a wooden table for six for outdoor dining. An outdoor sun-shaded pergola with a table for four and other sitting areas including four sunbeds near the pool.

Villa is available for rent on a weekly basis. Changeover day is Saturday. Guests are to check in after 4 pm and check out at 10 am. Whenever possible we will allow you to stay to coincide with your flight times.
25% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 60 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of £300 is required.

The Secret Valley Resort / Ha Potami Phase B area

Villa Heleni is located near the best golf courses of Cyprus.

The 18-hole Secret Valley Golf Course is within 2 minutes drive from the villa. The 6,120 metre par 72 course is set in a scenic valley of the Ha-Potami River and is surrounded by magnificent red rocks of the valley walls.

Aphrodite Hills is a 6,200 metre, par 72 course and is only a 5 minute drive from the villa. Sitting on a beautiful plateau and overlooking one of the most beautiful beaches on the island, the 234-hectare Cabell Robinson-designed course is a part of the Aphrodite Hills Golf Resort. The Aphrodite Hills Resort was the first integrated resort on Cyprus, and includes an Inter-Continental Hotel, spa, tennis academy and beach club.

The Elea Golf Club by the course's designer and six-time Major winner Sir Nick Faldo, opened in September 2010 and only 10 mins drive.

Minthis Hills Golf Course is within 20 minutes from the villa and 10 minutes from Paphos Founded in 1994 on the grounds of 12th century monastery on the hills of Tsada, it is the oldest in Cyprus. Created by Donald Steel and renovated by Mackenzie + Ebert in 2006/07, the 5828 metre, par 72 course set at 550 metres above the sea level ensuring cool breezes in summer.

Regular flights to Larnaca by all major European airlines and to Paphos from London, Amsterdam, Paris, Frankfurt, Athens and other cities.

Paphos International airport is a 15 minutes drive from the villa. Larnaka International airport an hour and 15 minutes drive.

Car is essential and can be rented at both airports by arrival or in advance.
