Seaside House is a charming cottage style Edwardian three-bedroomed house. It is a two minute level walk to the beach and a five minute walk to the centre of the village, its shops and restaurants. The house has leaded paned windows, beams and dormers and high-quality soft furnishings, décor and fittings throughout. The kitchen is newly fitted. Both the kitchen and the bathroom are newly decorated. Wi-fi is offered. There are pretty, secure gardens front and back and a driveway for a car or boat as well as two dry storage sheds for beach paraphanalia.

Sitting room- cosy and beamed, carpeted, fireplace with gas fire, tv , dvd player, cd player, writing desk, sofa, armchair, window seat.

Dining room – atmospheric with wooden flooring, wall-lights and blue painted beams, an extending table to seat ten, a dresser and side serving table.

Kitchen – newly fitted plus a walk-in larder. 2 sinks, Miele dishwasher, large Fisher and Peykel fridge-freezer, Miele electric multi-function oven, ceramic electric hob and extractor.

WC – plus basin.

Utility Room/Conservatory – fitted Hotpoint washer drier and Lec fridge, Panasonic microwave, fitted cupboards, large French armoire, upholstered bench seat, coat hooks and hanging space. Back-door to rear garden.

Upstairs

Bed 1 – sleeps two - double bed, washbasin in a hand-built fitted unit of drawers and a cupboard, fitted wardrobe.

Bed 2 – sleeps two - twin beds, fitted wardrobe, chest-of drawers

Bed 3 – sleeps four - one bunk bed (ie two beds) and two single beds, washbasin in a hand-built fitted unit of drawers and a cupboard, large fitted wardrobe.

Bathroom – bath with electric shower over, basin and loo, electric bathroom heater.

Outside

Front garden – double gates to a drive for one car or boat, fully fenced and secure with a lawn, hedges and shrubberies.

Side of house – a padlocked door from the front garden leads into a long, narrow dry shed with a concrete floor built on to the side of the house. A door at the far end provides access to the rear garden.

Rear garden – paved terrace with a wooden table and garden seating, lawn, hedges and shrubberies, a shed housing the barbecue and a rotating washing line, outside tap and large Butler's sink useful for washing sandy shoes. There is a padlocked gate leading to an alley which can provide quick access to the beach.
