Welcome to our beautiful cottage in Seaview, one of the Isle of Wight's most famous and prettiest villages where families, yachtsmen, and fishermen pass lazy days in the summer sunshine on the safe shingle beach where at low tide there are hundreds of rock pools to be explored. The beach is just 50 metres from the property and the centre of the village is just 10 minute leisurely stroll along the esplanade or just 3 minutes by car where there is a range of shops, restaurants and tea rooms.

The property comprises of twin bedded room with en suite upstairs, double bedroom with toilet and shower room adjoining, separate dining room, living room with double sofa bed. Kitchen with washing machine, cooker , double fridge, microwave, etc.

The property has an open plan living room and kitchen and one

double bedroom and a shower room/toilet on the ground floor. Separate dining room.. The unique property layout on the ground floor is ideal for those with limited mobility. With electric heating for the cooler months, you're assured of a comfortable holiday all year round.

The kitchen is fully equipped with electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine together with an extensive range of crockery, glassware and kitchen utensils to ensure that catering is a pleasure rather than a chore.

The first-floor master bed room is reached from a staircase rising from the living/dining room and is fitted with twin beds, chest of drawers/ dressing table. The en suite bathroom has wc, washbasin and full sized bath together with a large cupboard which includes plenty of hanging space. The addition of quality bed linen and towels enhances the comfortable and luxurious feel.

The ground floor bedroom is also furnished with double bed ample hanging and drawer space and the added advantage of double French doors opening on to the rear decking. Again, quality bedding and towels add to the stylish feel of the property.

Outside there is decking to both the front and rear of the property. The rear decking has table, chairs and parasol and leads on to a huge grassed area where children can play safely while mum and dad can relax in the sun whilst keeping an eye on them.

Prices are per week per property and include linen, towels (but please bring your own beach towels), electricity and reasonable end-of-let cleaning – but please note that we reserve the right to charge an additional amount should the property require an unreasonable amount of additional cleaning.

You will be met at the property by our housekeeper who will provide you with keys and explain how everything works.

The properties will be available from 4pm on the day of arrival and should be vacated by 11am to allow access for our housekeeper. Please note that arrival after 7pm will incur an additional charge of £20. Changeover day is usually Saturday but we will be flexible if we can; please contact us to discuss further.

Please note that these are strictly non-smoking properties (with the exception of the garden) and that pets are not permitted.

Whatever you choose to do - whether it's following a pub walk, hiring bikes, or wandering along secluded coves - your time on the Isle of Wight is something the whole family will enjoy

Seaview Village

The village is also home to the Seaview Yacht Club which hosts an annual regatta and firework display.

There are also lots of county and coastal walks and the Seaview Wildlife Encounter is nearby and well worth a visit.
