Recently refurbished to an extremely high standard, it still has many of it's original features, like the beautiful wooden beams running through the downstairs rooms. We stayed here for a week in April with various family members staying. The Property is spacious with good size rooms and tastefully Decorated . The rear of the property backed on to a working farm, which was a plus for the little ones in our party. There was enough parking space here for several cars. We visited The pub across the road several times as the food was good, with lots of choice. A lovely house to stay in.

"Quaint Country Retreat"
Stayed for a long easter weekend at Village Farm, we travelled from North Yorkshire and found the directions reasonably good. We were greeted by the lovely owner Heidi who welcomed us with cakes and easter treats (very yummy)! Once Heidi had covered the basics we were left to our own devices.
The property is a roomy 3 bed which has been recently renovated from an old farm house, It has been done very sympathetically and has a real country style. We didn't need all the room but since the rates were competitive we settled on this property. The house provides all the facilities we needed for a long weekend, well stocked kitchen and utility with dining table. Lounge with tv and dvd player along with master and en-suite.
We did use the games room which I thought was a nice touch, there was no internet at the property but the owner mentioned it was being installed soon. The underfloor heating was straightforward to use.
All in all a great stay with off street parking and good access to the coast and nearby towns like Beverley.
