The apartment has a large double bedroom with plenty of space for a cot if required. The lounge has a sofabed which can comfortably accommodate 2 extra guests. Please contact us for further details.
The kitchen has been refurbished and includes a washing machine and fridge freezer. The tv in the lounge has freeview built in. The bathroom has also recently been refurbished and has a power shower over the bath. Access to the apartment is via a single flight of stairs just like the ones in your own home (see photo).

The West Country / Devon region
Seaton is located near the Devon/Dorset border famous for its beautiful rolling green hills and rugged jurassic coast. The historic medieval market town of Colyton is just 3 miles away and can be reached by taking the historic Seaton Electric Tramway where you can also enjoy the Axe estuary and its wildlife on route.
The Jubilee Gardens adjoin the sea front & lead to the bowling green, tennis courts & large children's playground. There is also a golf club approximately 1 mile from the apartment. Lyme Regis is just 5 miles away and is choc full of character and shops, including a cinema.
Children & adults alike will enjoy exploring the local beaches trying to find fossils millions of years old. Seaton is an ideal area for a walking, cycling holiday or just for that relaxing break
Nearby Beer is famous for its caves and also has many small shops on its picturesque highstreet. A brook runs down each side of the street towards the sea. In mid August, Beer regatta is on 13th August which includes sailing, swimming races and raft races off the beach.

The ancient harbour of Axmouth to the east & the white cliffs of Beer to the west Seaton's mile long beach lies inbetween. Nearby Sidmouth hosts its annual folk festival from July 31st to 7th August 2009 and is always a great day out for all the family.
Carnival season starts in earnest on September 5th with many floats to see and enjoy. There are several jazz and blues festivals throughout the summer where you can relax & enjoy the atmosphere in the beautiful devon and Dorset area.
