The West Country / Devon region
A great base for discovering Devon and Dorset. A 10 minute drive over the border into Dorset is popular Lyme Regis with its famous cob, characterful streets and great walks along the Jurassic coast.
Closer is the charming fishing village of Beer whilst it is a little further to Branscome and Sidmouth. There is plenty to do and see in this area, with long stretches of beach, beautiful inland scenery and charming villages.
Seaton, Devon area
Seaton is situated on the coast and has a mile-long beach offering plenty of opportunities for water sports and swimming. You could also just relax on the shingle enjoying the view out to sea and stunning landscape nearby.
There are various walking and cycle paths, and of course the Seaton Tramway which takes you out to the marshland, and Colyton.
There are many attractions in the surrounding area, many suited to children and walkers.

There is no parking with the apartment,but there are plenty of cheap car parks very close by,or you can purchase a weekly car parking ticket for £18 which covers you for any East Devon car parks.This could be a big saving if you are going to travel to the other resorts in the area
