This smart three bed apartment in a superb holiday location 100yds from the seafront, promenade and pebble beach overlooking the beautiful Lyme Bay, less than 2 minutes level walk away. Positioned in the town's lively pedestrianised centre the apartment enjoys the convenience of the shops, supermarket, inns, restaurants and cafes to suit all ages.

There are many lovely walks in the area along the Heritage Coastal Foot Paths with outstanding views. Also an excellent base for visiting the many resorts and villages in this pretty part of East Devon.

Nice and warm if you are looking for a winter break

There is no parking with the apartment,but there are plenty of cheap car parks very close by,or you can purchase a weekly car parking ticket for £18 which covers you for any East Devon car parks.
This could be a big saving if you are going to travel to the other resorts in the area.

Great for winter short breaks.

The West Country / Devon region

A great base for discovering Devon and Dorset. A 10 minute drive over the border into Dorset is popular Lyme Regis with its famous cob, characterful streets and great walks along the Jurassic coast.

Closer is the charming fishing village of Beer whilst it is a little further to Branscome and Sidmouth. There is plenty to do and see in this area, with long stretches of beach, beautiful inland scenery and charming villages.

Weymouth and Portland where the Olympics are being held in 2012 and is 36miles away, there is a bus from Seaton to Weymouth.

The Seaton, Devon area

Seaton is situated on the coast and has a mile-long pebble beach with rock pools at Seaton Hole, offering plenty of opportunities for water sports and swimming.

The Axe Harbour where children love to go crabbing and the spectacular cliff top Golf course are a plesent 10 minute stroll away down the Espanade.

The Seafield and Jubilee Gardens with putting green,tennis courts,childrens playground and bowls club
are 2 minutes away.

You could also just relax on the shingle enjoying the view out to sea and stunning landscape nearby.

There are various walking and cycle paths, and of course the open top Seaton Tramway which takes you out to the Nature Reserve for wildlife enthusiasts, and nearby Colyton and Colyford.

There are many attractions in the surrounding area, many suited to children and walkers.
