Charming character cottage, semi detached, tucked away in a private residential Close in the centre of the pretty popular East Devon seaside town of Seaton between the coastal towns of Sidmouth and Lyme Regis. A two minutes walk to the beach with Esplanade and a variety of shops, restaurants, cafes, a little further to the Harbour and golf course.

Spectacular cliff top walks on this Jurassic Coast to the pretty fishing village of Beer and onto Branscombe, cared by the National Trust. The coastal town of Lyme Regis with its famous Cobb of the French Lieutenants fame, interesting individual specialist shops and cinema is a 15 minute drive over the Devon border into Dorset. The small thriving market town of Axminster, famous for the Hugh Fearnley-Whittingstall 'River Cottage Canteen', shops and weekly street market is a 10 minutes drive away.

A unique, most convenient and relaxing location for exploring the delights of this pretty area.
