Kitchen:

A good sized room with a table and four chairs. This well equipped room has cream gloss finished cupboards and drawers with wooden worksurfaces with trivets beside the ceramic hob. The oven and grill are below and are also electric. A microwave, equal sized Fridge/Freezer, Dishwasher and Pure digital radio. The kitchen sink overlooks the garden and there is a door to the garden.

Small utility room with washing machine, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron.

Master bedroom:

A well appointed room overlooking the valley with a double bed, wooden bedside tables and chest of drawers, occasional chair. Door to Dressing Room with large wardrobe providing hanging space and drawer facilities. Antique dressing table and chair with mirror. En-suite shower room with grey tiles and large shower cubicle with power shower. Wash basin and WC. Extra shelves for toiletries and heated towel rail.

Bedroom 2

This is dual aspect with a window one end and patio doors leading onto a small courtyard with a bench at the other. Large zip and link bed which can be used as a large double or two good sized single beds, please ensure that you specify your requirements when booking. Large fitted wardrobe, impressive chest of drawers and antique bedside tables. Occasional chair.

Bathroom: White suite comprising of bath with overbath power shower. Wash basin and back to wall WC. All with white tiles and black/silver freeze. Shaving mirror above the basin and additional mirror on the wall.

OUTSIDE

Parking for 2 cars, pretty rear garden with the most wonderful views across the Axe valley towards the sea. There is a private decked area with table and chairs for alfresco dining.
