An attractive seaside apartment situated on the first floor of a Grade II listed building, formally the Pole Arms Hotel, in the centre of the popular small traditional coastal town of Seaton. Excellent holiday situation with just a two-minute walk to the magnificent mile long beach for swimming, water sports or just lazing in a deck chair.
Stroll along the Esplanade and admire the views of the cliffs and Jurassic coastline with outstanding scenic coastal footpaths to Lyme Regis in one direction and the picturesque fishing village of Beer in the other. Local shops, supermarkets restaurants and cafes are all to hand. The pretty Axe Harbour with yacht club is a 10-minute walk away. The famous tramway travels along the valley passing Seaton Marshes and Nature Reserves stopping off at Colyford and small market town of Colyton.
The coastal town of Lyme Regis with its famous Cobb of the French Lieutenants fame, interesting individual specialist shops and cinema is a 10 minute drive over the Devon border into Dorset.
The small thriving market town of Axminster, famous for the Hugh Fearnley-Whittingstall 'River Cottage Canteen', shops and weekly street market is a 10 minutes drive away.

Pretty, friendly, traditional seaside town, the first in East Devon from Dorset, situated at the mouth of the River Axe overlooking the spectacular Lyme Bay. Bright, relaxed and uncommercialized resort with mixture of Victorian and Edwardian architecture and pedestrianised town centre.
Superb mile long pebble beach with promenade with rock pools at Seaton Hole on the western end.
Unique scenic walks along the South West Coastal path to Lyme Regis by the famous Landslip and over the cliffs to Beer.
The Jubilee and Seafield Gardens with Cactus house, children's playground, putting green and tennis courts are ideal places to visit. Aslo, worth a visit is the award winning Seaton Labyrinth, a 60ft diameter spiral walk, made from seven types of stone from the World Heritage Coast.
Open top tram travels by the beautiful River Axe Valley, the Nature Reserve for wildlife enthusiasts - a bird lovers paradise to nearby Colyford and Colyton.
