A ground floor apartment - one of several in a converted Edwardian building, recently refurbished retaining elegant period features. On the outskirts of Seaton town, set back from the road which leads to Seaton Hole beach and Beer village. Town facilities/beach about 10 minutes walk - 5 minutes to Seaton Hole beach, 20 minutes via cliff to Beer.

A light airy apartment with very high ceilings, Sea View Garden is simply yet comfortably furnished for the Owner's use as well as our guests. The views of the sea from the dining area are worth particular mention along with the display of seaside photographs.

Entrance porch with cloak hooks. One step up to open plan kitchen/sitting/dining area with sea views from dining table in bay window. Colour TV, DVD and CD/radio player. Kitchen is attractively fitted and has gas hob, electric oven, fridge with freezer compartment and dishwasher. A couple of steps down through rear conservatory to side garden with lovely sea views. Bedroom 1 has a 4'6" double bed, attractive matching maple effect furniture and sea glimpses. Bedroom 2 has twin single beds and birch effect matching furniture. Modern design shower room with cubicle and basin leading to separate WC and laminate floor.

"Not suitable for people with restricted mobility but beautiful cottage"
