A charming apartment in a tranquil location. The Haven is as suitable for good value family holidays in the main season as it is for couples holidaying alone in the quieter times. Comfortably furnished and decorated and well-equipped with everything needed, the apartment occupies a commanding position in Havenview Road, just off the town centre and with all facilities and beach within easy reach. The sundeck, parking spaces and ability to take a small pet here are all bonuses.

Lounge with one 3-seater sofa, one 2-seater sofa, easy chair and fitted window seat, electric fire in art-deco style feature fireplace, TV, video, hi/fi radio cassette player, view of the Haven hill across the estuary and sea glimpses. Bedroom 1 with twin 3' single beds and doors to decked sun terrace with estuary view and sea and Axe Cliff glimpses. Bedroom 2 adjacent with king size bed , built in cupboard and plentiful storage space. Bathroom with modern white suite of bath, overbath electric shower, basin and WC. Modern Shaker-style fitted kitchen with larder fridge, microwave and slot-in electric oven with ceramic hob. Inner hallway (with recess housing a dishwasher, mini freezer, washing machine and tumble dryer) leads to rear Bedroom 3 with twin 3' single beds, cupboard and en-suite shower room with modern cubicle, basin and WC.
Gas central heating and electricity included all year round. High chair supplied. Garden furniture and parasol supplied. Selection of books and games supplied. DVD player. All town facilities and shops within easy reach.

One private graveled parking space, (large enough for an estate car or 'people carrier') at front of property plus one driveway parking space at side if required. Steps to enclosed raised rear patio accessible from kitchen. This flat was in quiet location near the sea. Clean and very well equipped with lovely decked area at front of property to sit out if the weather good. Only quibbles were that the boiler took a bit of getting used to and the curtains in front bedroom let in too much light in the morning. |
