A superb holiday location for sailing, fishing, boating, bird watching or just lazing on the beach and exploring the many resorts and villages in this pretty part of East Devon.

• A deposit of 20 %of property rental to reserve a property. The balance is due 6 weeks before the start of the holiday.
• Payment taken by Bank transfer, cheque, debit or credit card. Credit card payments incur a 2.5% surcharge.
• Our changeover day is Saturday.
• Short breaks (minimum 3 nights) accepted out of season, October - March, excluding school holidays.
• Pet by arrangement £20 each per week.

Seaton - Gateway to the Jurassic Coast
Pretty, friendly, traditional seaside town, the first in East Devon from Dorset, situated at the mouth of the River Axe overlooking the spectacular Lyme Bay. Bright, relaxed and non-commercial resort with mixture of Victorian and Edwardian architecture and pedestrianised town centre.
Superb mile long pebble beach with promenade with rock pools at Seaton Hole on the western end.
Unique scenic walks along the South West Coastal path to Lyme Regis by the famous Landslip and over the cliffs to Beer.
The Jubilee and Seafield Gardens with Cactus house, children's playground, putting green and tennis courts are ideal places to visit. Aslo, worth a visit is the award winning Seaton Labyrinth, a 60ft diameter spiral walk, made from seven types of stone from the World Heritage Coast.
Open top tram travels by the beautiful River Axe Valley, the Nature Reserve for wildlife enthusiasts - a bird lovers paradise to nearby Colyford and Colyton.
Many amenities:- Golf Course, Putting, Bowling, Tennis, fishing, sailing, windsurfing. monthly farmers market, Heritage Museum, Picture Village of Axmouth with 2 popular Inns, is a lovely level walk along the Estuary.

Collecting keys from local shop was very easy and we were given a complimentary chutney and fudge, nice start :)
Parking is a bit of a night-mare but we pretty much got parked outside every day. No sure what its like now, its taken me a year to get around to writing this review.
The apartment itself, Wonderful, simply wonderful! Large spacious, bright, roomy with everything you could possibly need. Up the stairs and you first come to a kitchen, and bathroom both as you would expect nice, clean, kitchen well equipped. Up a small set of stairs and you come to the first bedroom, its lovely, large comfortable bed lots of storage space. On this floor you also have a chill out zone where you can relax and listen to music, a lovely dining room and a very large front room with TV, table to sit and have breakfast on over looking the sea front and gardens. The next level to the apartment is even more beautiful, up here you have a shower room which hosts the washing machine and tumble drier. Another relaxation area, library with sofa (pulls out into another bed I believe) Then you have two bedrooms one which has a African theme which my sister loved, tastefully decorated. The 3rd room has a large bed and sky light in its lovely and my mum was suppose to be joining us but never made it so this room didn't get used.
There are so many things I loved about this holiday home, the space, the location, the price was great too. A big bonus for us was its dog friendly, with a small garden out front for tinkle time.
Lyme and Sidmouth are just down the road too both I highly recommend visiting!
I wouldn't hesitate to use this apartment again its been our best holiday in the devon/dorest area.
The only thing I would say about this property is there are lots of stairs so people in wheel chairs and older people would have difficulty using this place.
