Delightful apartment, a restored Barn set within the pretty grounds of the owner's house in a quiet select country lane, with lovely views, at the edge of the picturesque village of Axmouth (a former Medieval trading port).

An excellent unique holiday location, it is just over a mile along the River Axe, a bird watchers paradise, to the superb beach at Seaton with Esplanade, golf course, yacht club and splendid Harbour - the starting point for the Undercliff Nature Reserve walk, along this Heritage Coast to Lyme Regis.

The many amenities of this small seaside town are all to hand. Two local inns 1/2 mile away in village. A 10 minute drive to Lyme Regis -The Pearl of Dorset, in one direction and to the picturesque fishing village of Beer in the other. A little further on to Branscombe and Sidmouth.

Pretty, friendly, traditional seaside town, the first in East Devon from Dorset, situated at the mouth of the River Axe overlooking the spectacular Lyme Bay. Bright, relaxed and non-commercialised resort with mixture of Victorian and Edwardian architecture and pedestrianised town centre.

Superb mile long pebble beach with promenade with rock pools at Seaton Hole on the western end.

Unique scenic walks along the South West Coastal path to Lyme Regis by the famous Landslip and over the cliffs to Beer.

The Jubilee and Seafield Gardens with Cactus house, children's playground, putting green and tennis courts are ideal places to visit. Also, worth a visit is the award winning Seaton Labyrinth, a 60ft diameter spiral walk, made from seven types of stone from the World Heritage Coast.

Open top tram travels by the beautiful River Axe Valley, the Nature Reserve for wildlife enthusiasts - a bird lovers paradise to nearby Colyford and Colyton.
