A most pleasant modern detached coach house, tucked away in small close, just 0.5 miles from the centre of this popular small seaside town of Seaton, a 2 minute drive or local bus ride.

An easy 15 minutes walk along a footpath by the Nature Reserve with bird hides, leads to the local shops, inns, cafes, restaurants and superb seafront with Esplanade and mile long beach, ending at Axe Harbour with yacht and golf clubs.

The famous smuggling and fishing village of Beer is 5 minutes drive away and a little further onto Branscombe and the Regency seaside town of Sidmouth. In the other direction Lyme Regis 'The Pearl of Dorset' is a 15 minutes drive away.

Nearby the famous Tramway, which runs along the beautiful River and Axe Valley (a bird watchers paradise) to Colyford with Inns and P.O./Stores/Butchers and onto the market town of Colyton. A very comfortable and convenient holiday home.

• Short breaks (minimum 3 nights) accepted out of season.

• Pets welcome £20 each per week.

• No smoking in property, smoking permitted outside.

Pretty, friendly, traditional seaside town, the first in East Devon from Dorset, situated at the mouth of the River Axe overlooking the spectacular Lyme Bay. Bright, relaxed and uncommercialized resort with mixture of Victorian and Edwardian architecture and pedestrianised town centre.

Superb mile long pebble beach with promenade with rock pools at Seaton Hole on the western end.

Unique scenic walks along the South West Coastal path to Lyme Regis by the famous Landslip and over the cliffs to Beer.

The Jubilee and Seafield Gardens with Cactus house, children's playground, putting green and tennis courts are ideal places to visit. Aslo, worth a visit is the award winning Seaton Labyrinth, a 60ft diameter spiral walk, made from seven types of stone from the World Heritage Coast.

Open top tram travels by the beautiful River Axe Valley, the Nature Reserve for wildlife enthusiasts - a bird lovers paradise to nearby Colyford and Colyton.

Many amenities:- Golf Course, Putting, Bowling, Tennis, fishing, sailing, windsurfing. monthly famrmers' market, Heritage Museum, Picture Village of Axmouth with 2 popular Inns, is a lovely level walk along the Estuary.
