On the top floor there is an extremely spacious lounge/diner with balcony off overlooking the beach and miles of coastline, with woodburner and dining area to seat 10. The sofas in the lounge also seat 10. There is a large fully fitted kitchen boasting a breakfast island.

The West Country region

Stood prominently at the end of a select development of beach fronting executive style homes, Seaton Beach House has a fantasticly enviable position as its less than a minute walk from the beach right opposite. Also just across from the house lies a new style play park and within seconds a nature reserve and cycle trail where you can take a woodland walk or cycle a few miles along some breath taking natural scenery to a hamlet called Hessenford where you will be greeted by the very popular Copley Arms Public House where you can buy a snack or restaurant meal.

Seaton lies approximately 15 mins drive from the neighbouring fishing town of Looe which again has its own long sandy beach, but lots more shops, pubs and restaurants to visit. A further 5 minute drive will see you in Polperro a small fishing port with many shops, pubs and restaurants, gift shops and art galleries and a small beach. In the other direction from the house you have mile upon mile of magical coastline, where you can visit many beaches such as Downderry, Portwrinkle, Whitsand Bay, Kingsand and Cawsand, to name but a few!

Seaton Beach House is an ideal base, as in addition to being right on the beach, you are on the main coastal road to many more beachs and coves waiting to be discovered.

Seaton, Cornwall

Seaton proves to be an ideal base for any family with its many beaches already mentioned on the doorstep and easy driving distance. If you want to visit the North coast, a little further afield, this will take approx. 1 hour and again, you will be able to discover many more beaches such as Widemouth Bay, Newquay, Port Isaac to name but a few. The acclaimed Eden Project lies approx 50 mins away. City of Plymouth around 30 minutes away, Cornish city of Truro around 1 hour 20 mins away.

There is much to see and do in and around Seaton. For the avid golfer there is Whitsand Bay Golf Course about 10 minutes drive away, or Bin Down in Looe. Also in Looe, there is pitch and put, tennis, bowling, and many fine coastal walks all along miles of coastline. A 25 minute journey will see you on the edge of Bodmin Moor where you can take in some spectacular moorland scenery and see our wonderful roaming cattle, horses, sheep not to mention see our historical mining heritage on splendid display.
