Islands View is a wonderfully presented, spacious property spread over three floors with three bedrooms, a master bedroom with en-suite, a double bedroom and a single bedroom – perfect for little ones. There is also a useful boot room located on the ground floor, perfect for sandy shoes after a refreshing walk on the nearby beach. In addition, there is a very tastefully decorated family bathroom, a lovely spacious and bright open plan living, dining and kitchen area plus a balcony where you can relax and look out at the amazing coastal scenes. Island's View accepts one well behaved dog so, your family companion can also enjoy Northumberland! There is off street parking available for one car and complimentary Wi-Fi.
The property itself is set one street back from the Harbour Wall in Seahouses and from the balcony, you can enjoy views towards Bamburgh Castle and The Farne Islands – a great trip for any group wishing to see spectacular local bird and wildlife. If you would prefer to stay on dry land, there is so much to do! You can visit the various castles in the area including Alnwick and Bamburgh, or take a drive over the causeway to Holy Island. Seahouses itself is a bustling village bursting with shops, restaurants, pubs, bars, coffee houses, a private leisure club and a beauty salon to name just a few of the attractions. Island's View also offers guest membership to the Ocean Club which boasts a 20 metre indoor swimming pool, a children's pool, a spa/sauna for the ultimate experience in relaxation and a fully equipped gym if you want to keep fit on your coastal get-away. The club also benefits from a lovely coffee shop, perfect for refuelling.
*Please be aware that the membership allows entry to the club which is private. Per visit adults are £6 and children £3 with children under three going free.
Lounge/Dining Room: Open plan living area with views towards the Seahouses Coast. There are two leather sofas, a flat screen TV with Free-view and a DVD player, an oak dining table, chest of drawers with lamps, French doors leading to the balcony with two chairs and table.
Kitchen: Warm, inviting kitchen area with an oven, hob, fridge with a freezer compartment, microwave oven, kettle and toaster.
Master Bedroom: A spacious and comfortable master bedroom with double bed, bedside tables, a wardrobe, chest of drawers and an en suite shower room.
En Suite: Shower room with electric shower, wash basin and WC.
Bedroom 2: A well-proportioned double room with bedside tables and a wardrobe.
Bedroom 3: Single bedroom, single bed.
Family Bathroom: Electric shower over the bath, hand wash basin and WC.
Utility Room: Ground floor utility/boot room room with a sink and washer/dryer.
Outside: There is a shared courtyard at the front of the property which allows access to a private car port underneath Island's View for one car. (Please see photograph).
All prices include bed lined, towels, heating, electrics and hot water.
