Creel Cottage is a lovely 2 bedroom newly refurbished, stone built fisherman’s cottage.
On the ground floor there is a spacious lounge/dining room with a stone Inglenook fireplace with wood burning stove, natural wood floor, beams and doors. It is furnished with traditional-style oak furniture and comfortable sofas which complement its original character and charm. There is also a flat screen TV with Freeview and DVD player.
The kitchen and bathroom are also on the ground floor. The kitchen is well equipped; it has an electric hob and oven, a large fridge/freezer, a washing machine and separate tumble dryer. The modern family bathroom has a bath with a ‘Combi’-direct shower, wash hand basin and WC.
An open tread staircase leads to the two bedrooms. The master bedroom has been beautifully furnished and has a king size bed with ample storage in a full wall of fitted wardrobes. The second bedroom has full size bunk beds.
The back door, has a porch for outdoor clothes and leads to a shared yard with a designated parking space for one car.

The Farne Islands can be reached by regular boat trips from Seahouses harbour. Great for bird lovers and geologists.
The historic town of Alnwick is only 10 miles away where you will find a thriving, historic market town with something a bit special! Even if you are not green fingered, a visit to Alnwick Gardens is a must, where you can stroll around the stunning gardens and waterfalls. Harry Potter fans of all ages should visit Alnwick Castle (or Hogwart's School) and relive some of the favourite scenes from the popular films.
The Heritage coastline is dotted with castles and villages and stunning beaches – ideal for walking all year round. The Cheviot Hills are only a short drive away offering superb views across to Holy Island and Lindisfarne. Alternatively, a stroll along the coats to Bamburgh Castle (only 1 mile away) or a visit to Holy Island are both ideal for a family day out.
