Downstairs there is an open plan kitchen/lounge and dining room area. The lounge/dining room has a beautiful wood effect flooring. The lounge has two leather sofas, flat screen TV with freeview and DVD player. For those with children, there is also a selection of toys, a dressing up chest and games available. From the lounge there is a single glazed door leading out onto the patio area complete with garden furniture, perfect for eating out in the warmer months. The dining area has a beautiful wooden dining table and 6 comfy high backed chairs. Also downstairs, there is a bathroom consisting of a W.C, hand basin and shower.
The light modern kitchen has may special features including granite worktops, a belfast sink and a tiled floor. It is is well eqiuipped with all mod cons you would expect to find including fridge freezer, dishwasher, washer dryer, electric oven and gas hob, extractor fan and microwave.
Upstairs there is a large landing area with sofa which leads to the two bedrooms. The master bedroom features an ensuite shower room, double bed with a wooden oak frame, 2 sets of oak drawers, underbed storage, velux window and a flatscreen TV with built in DVD player. In the 2nd bedroom there are 2 single beds with drawers, underbed storage, wardrobes and velux windows.
Kitchen: Fridge freezer, dishwasher, washer dryer, electric oven, gas hob, extractor fan, microwave, toaster, kettle, tiled floor, granite worktops and Belfast sink.
Lounge/dining area:Flatscreen TV, Freeview, DVD player, Radio, CD player, 2 double leather sofas, nest of tables, rug, wooden dining table and 6 chairs, booster seat for children, wood effect flooring, sideboard and bookcase, children's toys and games. The Seahouses area
Seahouses is probably the biggest of the many villages that are dotted along the stunning Northumberland coastline. The village has a variety of shops, pubs, cafes and restaurants and not forgetting the famous fish and chip shops. The Farne Islands can be reached by regular boats from Seahouses harbour and there are two fantastic beaches either side of the village to the north and south.
There is plenty to do in and around the village including golf, riding, cycling, fishing and much more. Alnwick is only 15 minutes away, where you can visit the spectacular Alnwick Castle and Gardens. Bamburgh Castle is only 3 miles away and Lindisfarne and Holy Island are also easily accessible from Seahouses.

From the South:
Continue past Newcastle and Morpeth on the A1 (M), following signs for Alnwick. Take second exit for Alnwick (Alnwick Gardens), and follow signs for Seahouses (13 miles) along the B1340. As you pass Beadnell on the right, you will bear left along the coast towards Seahouses village. After Seahouses Golf Club on the right, you will arrive in Seahouses village.
From the North:
Continue past Berwick on the A1 (M), following signs for Alnwick. Just after a short distance of dual carriageway, take a left and follow signs for Seahouses (10 miles) along the B6347. As you pass Beadnell on the right, you will bear left along the coast towards Seahouses village. After Seahouses Golf Club on the right, you will arrive in Seahouses village.
