"An absolute gem"
We rented this beautiful bungalow for a long weekend and could not have wished for better. The location is perfect, welcome pack perfect, absolutely everything you need for a wonderful relaxing stay right next to the beautiful blue flag golden beach. The bungalow is spotless and my 8 year old daughter said the beds were the comfiest ever and the pillows were like sleeping on clouds! Everything is provided for you, a true home from home. We can't wait to go back.
Thank you Sue and Rod for such a wonderful holiday.

This sunny property was perfect for our short stay and we loved that less than 20 steps took us over the dunes and onto the most gorgeous long sandy beach. Our black lab so enjoyed herself, as did we. Hope to go back for longer next time..

"Excellent home from home"
Great little bungalow- could hardly be closer to the sea.
Cosy Corner sums it up - really comfortable place to come home to. Well equipped kitchen, comfy seating area and a TV you can see!
Really enjoyed our week here - so much so that we have already booked for next year. Would grudgingly recommend to a friend (just in case they booked our week!!)
Sea Palling not a bad place to stay - close to the Broads, easy access to all sorts of places. Loads of really good pubs in easy driving distance.

"A little piece of Heaven"
We have been coming to Norfolk for many years now and I have to say this is the best holiday home we have stayed in. The location cannot be beaten, you are a short walk over the dunes to the beach which is dog friendly out of season, the beach is one of the best if not the best in Norfolk. The cottage is very well equipped and to a very high standard. It is important to get a good nights sleep and you will on the double bed, the settee is also very comfortable after a long day walking on the beach. Having a washing machine is also a real bonus and a dyson hoover, I know I'm sorry but it is the little things that make my holiday enjoyable!!
I wouldn't hesitate to recommend a stay at Cosy Corner and we will return again and again, although I know it will get more difficult to book as more people experience a little piece of heaven in Sea Palling!!

"Wonderful family holiday"
Cosy Corner is a fantastic location for a family holiday.
We went with our 1 and 6 year old girls. We all loved the holiday.
The cottage is in a great location on a very quite road. A quick climb over the sand dune and you are on a lovely beach with brilliant sand. The rocks provide excellent areas to explore.
The walled garden was great for the kids. We could let them outside with the safe knowledge they were not going to wonder off.
The Cottage is very well equipped with everything from bucket and spades and wind brakes in the shed to tea & biscuits and tin foil in the kitchen. They showed great attention to detail and provided everything you could want. The cottage was clean and tidy.
There is a great fish stall in the village and great farm shops for both meat and veg just down the road.
We had a wonderful holiday here
