A cosy, quaint cottage well equipped for home living including deck chairs, buckets and spades for the beach etc. The beach is a short and easy walking away as is a great ice-cream parlour, which young children (and old) need to visit daily. We all thoroughly enjoyed the holiday, whether we stayed in Sea Palling and went to the beach or drove to a local attraction. We would recommend for all whole-heartedly. |

This is a great cottage for a family holiday, with loads of lovely personal touches, including toddler plates, bowls and cutlery laid out for us on arrival, childrens' bedlinen, games, beach equipment and a welcome pack. Being greeted by Carolyn on arrival was an added bonus. Our kids (2 and 6) loved the nautical feel, with lots of lighthouses and other ornaments, but the house still managed to be child friendly, with breakables largely out of reach. There is an enclosed courtyard garden which is ideal. The cottage is a very short walk from the fantastic safe sandy beach, ideal for popping in and out during the day. It is close to the long stay beach car park but this was hardly used when we were there. The location is ideal if you want to be off the beaten track but still within short driving distance of a supermarket and a great farm shop, and within easy reach of busier resorts such as Yarmouth and Wroxham. There is a village shop which supplies the basics within walking distance. We really enjoyed our stay, and are planning on returning. Thanks Carolyn! |

Thank you for everything. We found all that we needed for a 2 weeks holiday and enjoyed the close beach and to sit in your back garden in evening sun. We had tasty lobsters and crabs from the village fishe lady, and spotted seals on the beach. We would ask again for this cottage.
