The villa is situated in an elevated position overlooking the famous Sea Caves area and only 5 minutes drive from Coral Bay. The property enjoys a 180 degree panoramic sea view which stretches from St Georges Island in the West to Paphos in the East. The spacious outdoor living area is set on the top terrace, with the 12m x 5m overflow pool ready when you need a cool down. The pool is “Bikini Friendly” salt water treated. There is also a stone built BBQ ready for the men to exercise their culinary skills! At night the impressive outdoor lighting can be controlled to your taste.

The Paphos District
Paphos has everything you would expect and more from a holiday destination that enjoys more than 340 sunshine days each year. Paphos its self has a wonderful harbour lined with cafes and restaurants where you can stroll or watch the world go by. Adjacent to the harbour is the UNESCO world heritage site of the Tombs of The Kings , well worth a visit to see the beautiful Roman mosaics.
Travelling west from Paphos takes you to the popular resort of Coral Bay. With its fine sandy beaches and all manner of watersports it is a firm favourite for all the family. Continuing westward you can visit the beautiful fishing harbour at St George and then onward into the Akamas nature reserve where you can enjoy a 4x4 Jeep Safari or for the more adventurous why not hire Quadbikes and discover deserted beaches and empty trails.
A 20 minute trip takes you across the peninsula to the quaint fishing harbour at Latch. Enjoy a meal at one of its many harbourside restaurants or take a boat trip to the Blue Lagoon for some great snorkelling or diving.
Sea Caves area
The exclusive Sea Caves area is just minutes away from all the action of Coral Bay or the historic village of Peyia. But travel the other direction to visit the harbour at St George and then onward into the Akamas nature park. Find deserted beaches and in the summer visit Lara Bay to find out about the Turtles who nest on the beach.
If you fancy a cool day why not take a trip into the Troodos Mountains and enjoy the stunning scenery, the ancient traditional villages. A visit to Omodos is a must.
If golf is your thing then you are spoiled with three wonderful golf courses. Aphrodite Hills and Secret Valley courses are approx. 45 minutes away as is Tsada just above Paphos.
Horse riding is available just a short walk from the villa and the popular Bird Park is only a couple of minutes by car. Many people visit the Sea Caves area in Sping and autumn for hiking and birdwatching holidays as Cyprus is an important staging post for many migrating birds.
All in all this beautiful area has something for everyone - if you can bear to leave this fabulous villa, that is!

Further details indoors: The kitchen is equipped with Miele appliances comprising Coffee Maker, Steamer, Twin Ovens a gas hob and dishwasher. All necessary crockery and utensils are provided. American style fridge with ice-maker. The sitting/dining room has a built in home cinema and SKY TV. A small selection of DVDs are also available. A wood stove is available for those cooler nights. All 3 floors are serviced by a 6 person passenger lift making the property fully accessible to wheel chair users and the elderly if required The pool and BBQ are all on the same level as the second floor of the villa making for easy access in and out. There are no provisions for disabled toilets.
Further details outdoors: The property has electric gates with video to allow you to see caller and open the gates from the house. In addition you will be provided with a keyfob remote to open the gates. The patio area is very large and is on the same level as the private pool. The mosaic tiled swimming pool is 12x5m and 1.2 to 2.0m deep. The pool is an overflow design so the waterlevel is the same as the patio. The water is "Bikini and Skin Friendly" salt water treated. As the property is not overlooked you can enjoy complete privacy. Luxury recliners are provided along with parasols . The shaded verandah has outdoor settee and armchairs. The BBQ is stone built and has a tiled countertop and sink.

Guestbook for Akamas Heights
We have just returned from a super 2 week stay . It was a very relaxing holiday and made even more special because of the fantastic accommodation. We can find absolutely nothing to criticise about the villa, it was 'perfect'! The pool is wonderful, ideal temperature and long enough to do lengths if you wish to! Inside the villa is luxurious and well fitted out with more than you would expect or need for a holiday. We had children with us (17,15 and 13) who also enjoyed the home from home facilities of Sky TV and internet access! If you are looking for a private luxurious, relaxing holiday retreat, then Akamas Heights is the ideal choice, we are very happy to recommend it. Jane Jones. Teddington UK.
