About the home
The open plan living/dining and kitchen area, features comfortable sofas, a working fireplace, satellite television (limited channels), DVD player and CD Player. The kitchen area is equipped with an oven & hob, microwave and dishwasher with the washing machine being housed in the separate utility room. The dining table seats 8 people. A guest cloakroom is also located on this floor.
The first double bedroom with en-suite bathroom is located on the ground floor, with the three remaining bedrooms being located on the first floor. There is a second double bedroom with en-suite shower room and two further twin bedrooms each with en-suite shower room and both sharing a balcony.
Each bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning unit (for both cooling and heating) which is included in the price. A safety deposit box is provided and a baby cot and highchair can be supplied.
Outside the large 12 metre x 6 metre swimming pool with ladder access is surrounded by an extensive sunbathing terrace equipped with sunbeds, umbrellas and a poolside shower. A portable barbecue has been provided for al fresco dining on those warm summer nights. A private driveway leads to the villa and hedging around the perimeter ensures the property enjoys a good degree privacy.

The Paphos region
The villa is located in the Sea Caves area of Paphos and lies alongside the road that connects the beach resort of Coral Bay with the tiny fishing hamlet of St Georges. The coastline in the sea caves area is full of natural rock caves making it ideal snorkelling territory. If it's an organised sandy beach you prefer, then the Blue flag beach of Coral Bay is approximately 4 kilometres away.
The Sea Caves area
With a high class restaurant located next door to the property and two family run Greek tavernas within 500 metres of the villa there is a choice of dining options. A wider selection of international restaurants, cafes and bars are available at Coral Bay, or you can head into the hillside village of Peyia to sample one of their traditional tavernas and coffee shops. Both the Pafos Bird and Animal Park with its daily parrot shows and the Horse Riding Stables which cater for all ages and abilities are within a 5 minute drive. For nature lovers the start of the protected Akamas Peninsula is just to the north of the tiny fishing hamlet of St Georges. The town of Paphos with its many heritage sites, modern shopping opportunities and attractive harbour area is approximately a 20 minute drive away.
