The bright and airy living area is furnished with leather sofas, satellite TV (limited channels) and hi-fi. The kitchen is fully equipped with an electric oven and hob, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine. All three bedrooms are located on the first floor. The master double bedroom has en-suite bathroom and a large verandah with sea views and the two twin bedrooms each have an en-suite shower room. The villa is equipped with a safety deposit box and a baby cot and high chair are available. This villa also boasts both a luxury sauna and Jacuzzi ensuring a relaxing time.

The villa has a large 4m x 11m private swimming pool with walk in steps, poolside shower, sunbeds and umbrellas. A large verandah houses the built in BBQ, perfect for summer dining outdoors whilst admiring the sea views.
The Paphos region
The Sea Caves is an outstandingly beautiful and highly sought-after area on the outskirts of the Akamas peninsula (the only Natural park of Cyprus). The villa is close to the well known and popular resort of Coral Bay and the traditional hillside village of Peyia. Coral Bay is a busy and popular resort with a selection of international restaurants, cafes, bars and a well known sandy beach. Peyia is a quiet, hillside village with a well stocked supermarket, banks and small collection of traditional tavernas, coffee shops, bakery and pharmacy. Paphos Town centre and harbour area with it's many Heritage sites can be reached within a 20 minutes drive.
