Villa Joanna is an immaculate detached bungalow, offering 3 en-suite bedrooms and a comfortable open plan living area inside, whilst the outside space is superb – a large patio area, beautifully maintained landscaped gardens around the private swimming pool, plenty of sun beds, tables, chairs and parasols… Not to mention the private Jacuzzi with pergola over and curtain screen.
All enjoying tremendous privacy being well fenced all around, the gardens are full of colour, carefully planted with many trees, bushes, flowers and shrubs. Perfect for families, couples, elderly or a group, with all the accommodation on one level.
The open planned living area has a sitting area, formal dining table and well equipped kitchen, there is a separate guests toilet and the 3 bedrooms are arranged with, the master bedroom, a large room with double bed and en-suite bathroom, the second & third bedrooms are both twin rooms (with 2 single beds) and have private en-suite shower rooms.
The property has air condition units in each bedroom and the living area, also the doors and windows have shutters and fly screens which help block out the sun and allow a breeze through without the insects! Outside, there is also a barbeque and to the front a driveway providing off street parking. A baby’s cot and highchair are available free of charge.
The owner also includes a complementary welcome pack of fruit, wine, eggs, bacon, cornflakes, bread, butter, water, milk, tea & coffee (contents may vary slightly). Please note: The charge for air conditioning is €6 per unit, per day. The charge for the Jacuzzi is €15 per day. (These amounts are payable locally).

As the coastline of Cyprus is protected and there are no private beaches, you are free to walk along the coastline and enjoy the landscape and breathtaking views.
Sea Caves area
You are only a short drive from the bustling village of Peyia, well stocked with taverns, supermarkets, pharmacy, banks etc. Right on your doorstep is the Akamas Peninsula, totally unspoilt, beautiful scenery, somewhere to escape to for peace & quiet… Take the bumpy road to Lara Beach famous for hatching turtles.
The area of Sea Caves is a beautiful, natural & rugged coastline... a very quiet and picturesque destination, perfect for a relaxing holiday, great for swimming, snorkeling or simply relaxing and sunbathing on a rock. Positioned midway between the peaceful and attractive, small harbour of Agios Georgious (St. Georges) and the popular beach resort of Coral Bay, with its horse-shoe shaped sandy beach for bathing & water sports, plus a variety of shops, bars, restaurants etc.
