The newly finished Villa occupies the best site in this exclusive residential estate. Standing on a corner, it has super views of the sunrise over the hills and sunsets into the sea. The two private balconies are large enough for relaxed al fresco dining and you can watch sunsets from them. There is a large seating area outside for BBQ's. The private swimming pool is heated, and is large - 10m by 5m and has Roman Steps.

Sea Caves area
The Sea Caves area is an area of natural beauty and the coastline is protected. For those who want to explore west and central Cyprus, it is ideal. The bustling town of Paphos, with its shopping, cultural and historical sites is but 15 minutes away.
The *Akamas National Park and the picturesque fishing village of Agios Georgios is a few minutes away. The Troodos Hills in the centre of the island is an enjoyable 45 minutes drive. Bird watchers, golfers, tourists, hill-walkers, cycling and mountain biking, water sport, scuba diving lovers, history lovers – all will find much to enjoy here. You can even possible to ski in the Troodos mountains in winter.
The nearest town is Coral Bay, which is very lively with many bars and restaurants for you to enjoy. It can be reached by road in a couple of minutes, or 20 minutes on foot. Additionally there are a number of small bars and tavernas within easy reach of the villa.
The Secret Valley and Aphrodite Hills Golf Courses, are a short drive away. The Aphrodite Hills Resort is regarded as the most upmarket golf course in the Eastern Mediterranean. The Health Spa has been voted number three in Europe by Conde Neste.
*The Akamas National Park is a protected area, of near virgin habitats and vegetation communities. Its flora is rich and varied. In spring it provides a spectacle of colours and shades of breathtaking beauty. Its coastline is still largely pristine and its littoral and marine life remain untouched by the advance of civilisation. Green turtles still nest on its beaches and the occasional Monk Seal is still sighted there.

Payment terms:
25% deposit collected on the booking date. The balance is collected 56 days before the booking commences. £300 breakages deposit, two weeks needed after end of rental to check for breakages.
Bookings are preferred to start on Saturday and end on the Friday. Earliest arrival time 3:00 pm, latest departure time 10:00 am unless otherwise agreed.
Booking Deposits are always unrefundable.
Cancellation terms (weeks before booking date):
8 weeks before – deposit + 5% 6 weeks before – deposit + 15% 4 weeks before – deposit + 35% 2 weeks before – deposit + 55% 1 week before – deposit +75%
A charge of £5 GBP per day is made for the air conditioning.
