Villa Cyprena is an exclusive detached villa in a superior location. This modern 3-bedroom residence is fantastic for family holidays with all the accommodation arranged on one floor being eminently suitable for elderly or disabled. There is a bright spacious living area with 3 patio doors onto the private swimming pool terrace – this all creates a superb social space. The kitchen is modern and well equipped with everything one could need, including a washing machine. The bedrooms consist of a large Master Bedroom with en-suite bathroom, 2 further spacious bedrooms with twin beds and a large shower room. The villa comfortably sleeps up to 6 people. The house offers tremendous privacy to the swimming pool area, this is important as most of the time is spent relaxing around the pool, eating meals outside, the children playing in the pool, reading a book etc – it also has a lovely sunny aspect. To the side is a barbeque area enjoying breathtaking views down to the sea. There is a clothes-drying area out of the way and a driveway providing off street parking.

The Paphos District
Situated between the prestigious Sea Caves and beautiful St Georges areas, in an elevated position with superb views to the clear blue waters of the Mediterranean Sea. You are only a short drive from the bustling village of Peyia, well stocked with taverns, supermarkets, pharmacy, banks etc. Coral Bay is a few minutes by car, with its safe sandy beach, water sports and selection of restaurants, cafes and shops amongst other amenities. Right on your doorstep is the Akamas Peninsula, totally unspoilt, beautiful scenery, somewhere to escape to for peace & quiet… The villa is approximately 15 minutes from Paphos, with the ‘Old Town’ and the harbour. Here you have an abundance of shops, markets, cafes, restaurants, nightclubs, banks, supermarkets etc. Every visitor to this region should explore the ‘Tomb of the Kings’ archeological site and the mosaics… There are many tourist attractions in the region, including horse riding, water park, go-karts, boat trips, cinema, bowling to mention a few. Paphos International Airport is approximately a 25 – 30 minutes drive.
